Oil change took about 90 minutes even though I had scheduled an appointment. I never asked the charge for the change and they never told me but they did tell me it was buy 2 get the 3rd free. Well when they where done with the oil and filter change the total bill was $82.17!! I was in sheer disbelief at how much it cost. I can get a $29.99 oil change from my local dealership.

It always goes well

Made appointment; took in and got service that I could trust to know the quality and supplies were right. So tired of going to the Honda place and them telling me every time I got it serviced that there were always hundreds of dollars worth of other items that needed attention. And the aggravating thing was they never gave me a list unless I ask them to write it down; I might not have it done but the next time I would go back they wouldn't even say anything about it needing what it did before but they would have a new list of items. Once the warranty ran out, I took it to Doug and knew I could trust him to tell me if it did indeed need something but not to if it didn't.

The next oil change will be free because I am a regular customer. They are skilled at what they do and they stand behind what they do. For example, they sold me a replacement axle for my car, not my current one. The parts failed and I brought them back and they very cheerfully refunded me the purchase price of all of those parts and in fact the labor as well.
