I have been using them for this mortgage since 2008. I have almost $25000 as extra account just last year, then I had the old insurance, the new insurance and then they send me a letter saying that I had a shortage so I pointed out to them that they were managing my extra account. They also lied on my home loan. I just don’t like their business tactics like when you get your bills for your insurance you go ahead and buy it, but they hang on to it till the very minute which they should not be doing and taking all the interest on it and in the mean time I am getting the bills. So I think it is some shady business practices and I don’t like that. Last week, I had asked for a mortgage officer and they did not have one in there and when I got home I had a letter saying that I need to see one. So when I was in the bank I could have seen one. They have poor management. I don’t like liars especially when it comes to my home which turns out to be my biggest investment.
