Landscaping
ditch fixed,some grass came up lower area of yard where compost was spread,other grass in front,side and back did not.about 75% of yard is a complete loss.called matt he said because of watering issues it hasn't come up and he's not responsible.totally wrong answer.for anyone else reading this do not use this guy.he showed no concern for his advice about the process of reseeding,etc.poor choice on my part.
