It went great. Eric promptly responded to my initial phone call. He came out to my house on a Friday and started working THAT NIGHT (well, one of his guys started working that night). He and his guys finished the job in three days. The popcorn in this case was especially tough to remove: they had to use a sander to get it off. Eric charged me exactly the price he quoted me ($750).
