I have been using them over the course of several years. I can call him and tell what the problem is and he will go out there, I don't have to go. He does really good work and I am very happy with his service. However, when he put in the central air conditioning unit, he did a very good work and we were happy with the punctuality and professionalism of his work. but later on, when we had to go up under the house for some reason, we found out that the duct work was not hooked to the new air conditioning unit in a good way. We weren't very happy about that.
