Artisan Flooring

I used them because my next door neighbors had used them but I was not happy with their work. The new floor that they used did not have the quality as I would have liked. It  has got a lot of knots in it and it has got worm holes but they came back to fix it because I complained about it. I do not know if the owner even communicated with the people that actually did the work. They spoke Spanish and I could not communicate with them. A crew came in and then left two guys here all day to do the work and put the varnish on. I have two long-haired miniature dogs and when one of the guys got through, I saw him carrying a bat out of the house and I thought that that was really strange. Why would he have a bat in my house? And then I noticed that it was one of my son's bats. I went into the garage and he had propped it down against the garage wall. What was he going to do with the bat? Did he feel threatened by my dogs even though they stayed outside? I was very concerned about that. My dogs are 8 pounds and 10 pounds so I do not think that they could hurt you very much. All they could do is lick you. So, that upset me but they did do a good job on sanding the floor and taking off the old thing. If the guys had spoken English, I felt like I could have complained about all the knots and worm holes and have some of the pieces re-stained. I have used another company to put down hardwood floors in my living room, dining room and entrance hall and the pricing of Artisan Flooring is much cheaper but then you can definitely tell that the other company uses a better grade of wood. The quality of their actual work was okay and they did get here when they said that they were going to but it took them all day to do one room that was not that big.
