Juanchi’s R Concrete was just one of six contractors that bid on the job. Juanchi’s price was very competitive with the others, but they were the only company that provided a detailed description of the job at a solid price. They showed up on time and had everything they needed. They cleared a lot of bushes and debris, prepped the area, and poured the driveway. The new drive was poured next to the old, and it matches the existing driveway in color, texture, and looks. My neighbor, a retired cement contractor from Virginia, said their float man was amazing and that I got an excellent price for the job. I fully agree. What impressed me outside of the quality of their work was that when it was time to pay, they did not inflate the price!! And their cleanup was fast and very well done. This fall, I will be adding another driveway and an extension. I will only call one company as their quality and integrity are prodigious. The owner has pride in his work and honor in his words. Their work was stellar, and I have had several neighbors ask who did the work for me and it’s Juanchi’s R Concrete.

We wanted a concrete patio that looked like stone and with stairs coming from the screen porch onto the patio. The results exceeded our expectations. The stamped stone looks authentic and the color was exactly what I wanted. The stairs turned out to be a focal point on the patio and we are extremely happy with them. I would highly recommend Juanchi’s and his crew if you want quality concrete work done. I would not hesitate to call them if I need any further concrete work done.

Juanchi’s construction was absolutely astonishing! They came out and gave a free quote, and were pouring concrete the very next week. We had 6’x22’ front porch, 2’x30’ drive way extension, and a 39’x12’ back patio installed. It was all completed in 5 hours. Was worth every penny, and I would choose them again anytime. They did a Great job!!

I had a stamped concrete patio installed in March 2021 but the previous concrete vendor put too many coats of sealer on and it began to bubble and crack. Juanchi tried to remove the sealer in order to paint and reseal but it did not work. They had to remove the old concrete and pour/stamp new. They also put pavers around the edges for a nice different touch. The project turned out great and I am hoping to get an estimate for a retaining wall next spring!

They built to our specifications perfectly. The process did not take very long. Out of all estimates we received, they were the most reasonable.

Had someone out the same day I called and gave me quote. The work was scheduled for the following week and was completed as expected. They did a great job, the driveway extension looks great. They provided fast, professional service at a great price!
