Furniture - Custom Made, Furniture - Sales
I purchased a used Hancock and Moore sofa, reclining chair, and ottoman from a person. I have other H & M furniture so I was aware of their Excellent quality. (you just can't beat their quality!)
When I got the furniture home, I realized it was in worse shape than I thought. I talked to Keesha Moore at Hancock and Moore. She was extremely helpful. We were able to purchase new bun feet. I wanted some leather scratch cover and I gave her the color. However, she had us send in a sample of the leather (under the cushions, by the label just for this purpose) so they could make an exact match.
The first time they sent the wrong bun feet for the sofa, but they sent correct ones at no charge. Additionally, the recliners on the sofa were messed up. She sent new hardware so we could try and fix that.
I just so appreciated their customer service and especially Keesha Moore. And.....their quality furniture is made in America.
