We use only top quality materials and all 26 gauge metal with R 8.3 duct wrap. Our duct systems are top notch and we do not cut any corners. We service all brand of equipment and are Carrier & Tempstar dealers. Our on call Service Technicians are taking calls after 5 PM on the Weekdays and All day during the Weekends & Holidays. We contacted them when our AC went out during some of the hottest days that we've had. Don Bouldin came out to inspect our unit and give us an estimate. We'd gotten an estimate from another HVAC servicer in our area but Don's was considerably lower. They came on the day and at the time they said they would. They got finished around 6:30 that evening. Don came by to inspect the work and make sure everything was completed and properly "buttoned up". Don and his crew are hard working and completely professional. They want to be sure that the customer is happy with their work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

"This homeowners original system was a 10 Seer Goodman from 1986. They went from a 10 seer to a 15 Seer. The 15 seer has a variable speed motor which means it can run at a very low speed or very high speed which ever the system is calling for. The original system had a single speed motor that blew hard at all times (Not saving energy). Also an addition was built on this singlewide mobile home adding 3 runs. The air is being spread out more. A maintenance was performed on 10/21/14 on this system that was installed in 2013 (Not in 2014) and no comment was made to the technician concerning this. The system was determined to be in great order and operating like it is supposed to."

This company is happy to put a new HVAC unit in. Once that
is done you will never get your unit repaired. I have had a Freon leak for 7
years. The unit is 7 years old. The company is very responsive to come out once
or twice a year to put Freon in the unit but blatantly refuses to repair the
leek. Seems there should be some Federal Law about refusing to repair existing Freon
leeks instead of just continuing to just put more Freon in. I guess it is easy
money.
If you want service after the sell forget these people.

"Several attempts have been made to research the leak that is not in the equipment we installed. This is a home located near the salt water and the leak is somewhere in the line set located in the walls or under the floor. Home owner has refused both times for a leak search do the time that they would be with out air. This would take a few hours to pump the system down and put a nitrogen pressure leak test on the system. We have made the attempt and have determined it not to be the equipment we installed but an existing copper line located in the walls or under there house. The statements made in the review are not accurate. We take care of all of our customers and can not help corrosion or existing lines inside the walls of a home. We have also mailed letters requesting and reminding them to contact us for the leak search and now one has responded."

Just a great experience overall, especially considering that 99% of the project was managed over the phone with me being 3 1/2 hours away. The office staff is great.

THE BEST SERVICE IN BRUNSWICK COUNTY. Professional. Honest. Integrity. Bouldins team is the perfect example of exceptional customer service as well as perfection in service provided. On time for three days in a row. Worked hard and constant the entire day. Rained two of the three days and all showed up on time! Not one person complained while working. NEVER left a mess to clean up. All employess answered any questions I asked and the entire crew's knowledge was impeccable. Mr. Bouldin leads by example. They are very good. I have an older HVAC. They were very willing to work on it instead of trying to tell me to buy a new one. So, I appreciated that. They charged me about $120 for their services, but I thought that was really reasonable. Overall, they were excellent. They were very prompt too. They got back with me the same day and their responsiveness was good. They were terrific. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

Bouldin's Heating and Air are very professional all the way from the techs performing the field work to Melanie running the office. I have used them to bring my duct work up to code and replace two Heat Pumps. The entire staff is very professional, efficient, and extremely pleasant to work with. Each time they were able to correct the heating and cooling problems I had with success. They were able to change my house from not being able to cool below 80 degrees in the house when it was hot to now I can keep it as cool as I desire even on the hottest days. Don was very professional and technical in recommending duct work changes. Each day after the guys were finished, they would clean up behind themselves and made sure everything was left how they found it. Most of the work was performed while I was out of town and I had no problem having the guys working in the house during my absence. I could hardly tell they had worked in the house because it was left in such excellent shape. I highly recommend Bouldin's Heating and Air!
