AUTOBELL CAR WASH INC

When the attendant put his rag up to indicate he was finished with my vehicle I proceeded to my van. As I got to my van I noticed marks on the driver side every approximate 1 1/2 to 2 foot. When I pointed it out to the man, he said "oh looks like it missed some of the dirt, I'll clean it off". He attempted to clean the marks with a bottle of spray and a rag , but only made them stand out more. He went and got the manager who offered the most abserd solution ever. He wanted to rerun my van back through the car wash "to prove" their equipment was safe and didn't do the damage to my van. If I refused, then their investigation was over and complete. I was not willing to risk any further damage to my vehicle, you could tell by the way the manager was talking that, they were not going to admit that anything happened there. He claimed to look at the truck and car washed before mine. I know they reran the truck for some reason. I know for a fact that when I went there my van had NO marks on it due to the fact it had recently been painted, and now the "smudges" in the paint will need buffed out.
From the manager all the way up the corporate ladder spoke right out of the text book they studied for their positions!! I went on the BBB and even though they have an A rating, it is only because they respond to every complaint, they deny almost all damages claimed, but they do respond.
I went on to read the MANY complaints and they were very similar to mine and the customers were handled the same way I was.
Accidents and equipment failure can happen everywhere except an Auto Bell!!!!!
