There was a leak in the outflow of condensation from the air conditioning. Two of their staff members came right away and diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. It took several hours on a Saturday, and they had to return on Sunday. Everything was fixed to our satisfaction.
Over the years that they have provided service for us, they have been helpful, professional, and prompt. We highly recommend them.
