He arrived right on time when he provided an estimate and when he arrived to do the work. His estimates for the amount of materials I needed to order were extremely accurate. He picked up the materials from the supplier since I didn't have a vehicle large enough to fit the materials. The quality of work was excellent - I was 100% satisfied. He immaculately cleaned up after the installation work was complete; there was absolutely nothing we had to do when he finished. He even vacuumed the adjoining rooms. Given the amount of work we had done, it was a very easy process - no stress and very little inconvenience (there's always some inconvenience when construction is done in a home). I would use him again in a heartbeat. He does other work in addition to tile installation. He's not the cheapest or the fastest, but his price is competitive and very fair and the quality of his work is much better than you'll get from most others.
