Neil tech Robert L talked me through removing the ice maker, fixing the problem and reinstalling it. The work itself was not easy but Robert patiently guided me through the process with which he clearly was very familiar with. Using my iPhone, I could have Robert look behind things for me, take a photo, then circle where I needed to place the nut driver or finger or whatever. It was a cool experience. I’ll probably call them back and get more help because the ice maker has started acting up again but differently. I know that if I end up having to replace the ice maker, I can do it, with Neli’s help.

Neil is a very nice guy but no way he is going to virtually do what I need done. This more the fault of the AI system which linked him to my project. I aalso don’t always need prepaid service but a quote coming from an interaction of the consumer and your service professional! There is a place for both but is not always easy to find in your App

It went great. He walked me through some checks for possible causes. In the end diagnosed the problem as a bad pump/motor. He gave me the replacement part number to order, and then walked me through the steps for replacing it when I get the part.

This was a unique service that ended up being extremely helpful towards my problem. My side by side fridge/freezer was dropped during a recent house move which rendered the freezer door to not close shut. After calling the moving company to fix the situation, they set me up with Neli to assist in the matter. The virtual technician was wonderful to work with and patient as he guided me to what the problem was and a resolution to fixing it, along with specific part numbers needed for replacement items. This was a great first time virtual technician experience for me after being hesitant towards using it, because I’m not the most mechanically inclined. I would highly recommend this service to anyone based on affordability, ease of use, and knowledgeable assistance.
