Great! Scott T. did a wonderful job walking us step-by step thru the diagnosis. He was very patient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to.

Michael guided me through the diagnosis process step by step, clearly explaining what needed to happen next. Once the issue was discovered (the belt), he advised me to get a new belt because of the damage that had been done to it, but he was more than happy to indulge me in trying to get the existing belt working. While my dryer isn't working still, the diagnosis and knowledge of the part I need means I should be able to finish the job myself tomorrow!

Scott did an awesome job. I went through thre steps he clearly outlined and resolved my dryer's issue. I usually go to YouTube to repair things, however, I feel like this is an awesome service for an amateur like me. It's personalized, the technicians are knowledgeable (and patient), and it's much cheaper than calling a repairman to come out to your home. It's a great service that I'll definitely use again!

I needed someone to install a washing machine, was not interested in doing it myself with virtual help which was what was offered.

Tech was able to tell me what the error code meant but did not want me to order part until testing with volt meter. Diag appointment with volt meter did not cost extra. Tech gave me part numbers and it fixed the problem.

It was ridiculous! You matched me with businesses 30 miles away. I didn’t even bother any longer with your site.

Went okay except for the video/voice application. Had to use one link for the video and phone for voice. I don’t have good reception in some parts of the house, so the connection kept dropping. They should upgrade to a different application which uses ALL WiFi.

Had internet connectivity issues; obvious he was unable to work around it. Oven still doesn't work, but he did give us a couple ideas of things we could do on our own.

There were 2 options that could have been wrong with the refrigerator. Either the compressor was bad or the capacitor. I was given a part number that I found out is no longer produced. When I notified Neli of this I was told any compressor hardstart would work. Not the case. Ended up replacing refrigerator.

It didn't. I can't work with this pro as I do not have a phone camera, further I am unable to do the work due to a medical condition

The virtual diagnosis was very easy to make happen. Pedro was great!!! I diagnosed my problem, and was given good advice about how to proceed.

I worked with two techs. The first was helpful walking me through where the leak was likely coming from (the bleach tray being the main suspect). Unfortunately, he could not help me figure out how to open up the top of the washer so I could access the underside of the tray. I worked with Neli to schedule an appointment with another tech a few days later that had more experience with my model. Because the diagnosis was not complete during the first call there were no additional charges. In between the call an internet search help me find out how to open the top and provided further evidence the leak was coming from the bleach tray. I applied the recommended solution. During the second call the tech confirmed the issue and that I had resolved it. I'm fairly handy, but love the idea of being able to have a virtual tech for assistance. Especially during this time of social distancing. Unfortunately my internet connect is not great so I could not share video with the techs. If I could the diagnosis may have been successfully resolved on the first call. My calls to Neli Customer Service were handled professionally and friendly.
