Outstanding. James was patient, thorough, helped me find the problem, and walked me through how to fix it! I spent a total of $35 to fix a problem that I didn't know how to fix. It would have cost so much more to bring in a repair pro. I like fixing things myself but don't always know how or what the issue is. From now on, I'm calling Neli Virtual Appliance Repair!

Michael was patient and very helpful. We suspect the fan is acting up and he said that if it wasn’t, then perhaps there’s a gas leak. We are going to replace the fan first and see if that is all it takes. I really liked doing this virtually, especially during this pandemic.

it went well. Technician asked for a jumper wire and a skinnier screw driver that I had to dig around and fetch. If I had not dropped and broken a part during the call the problem would be fixed. But I am good to go to order that part and install it myself.

Our freezer was not getting cold enough. The Neli technician suggested that we purchase a new defrost thermostat which we installed. It did not fix the problem. He then suggested we purchase a new defrost timer which we did. That didn’t fix the problem either. We are going to buy a new freezer. In theory, this seemed like a good service but it didn’t fix our freezer.

First of all I do not live in NC so I do not know why you keep asking me to review this. I needed refrigerator repair and Angie's list connected me with someone who does yard work. I ended up finding someone on my own. Angie's list was a waste of time.

Harmond W. was awesome! He walked me through diagnosing the problem and then once we had figured out what was wrong he worked with me on how to fix it. My oven had a bad connection on the control board and unfortunately those boards aren't available for my oven anymore. So he walked me through how to look at the board and determine if the relay connection had burned out. Sure enough he had and I was able to solder it and the oven is working again! He saved me about $1,500 on a new oven. Would definitely use this service again.

It was not an easy job at all, but the patience and clear instructions of Wally C. from Neli Virtual Appliance Repair made it possible, and successful. Experience with tools and mechanical assembly required for my tasks, but Wally thought I could do it and he was right. If I couldn't complete the repair, I would have at least been sure of the diagnosis when I engaged a repair service. Money well spent either way. It's a brave new world!

I refuse to pay money for someone to tell me OVER THE PHONE how to fix a refrigerator. I ended up using a LIVE person/company. I actually need to replace the ice-maker. There's no way in high heaven or **** that this company could have assisted with this. It's for the birds and milenials, not for serious home-owners.

I hadn't seen the setup email, as we were waiting by the washing machine for a phone call/video link. Michael K called us and we ended up using facetime. He was extremely patient with us and quite knowledgeable. Ended up being bad lid locking mechanism for which he gave us a part # and prices at several web sites. We can contact him again if need part replacement assistance. Excellent and pleasant gentleman. Would use again.

Virtual is the way to go.! I made the appointment for the same afternoon and only paid 35 bucks! Turns out it was the lock switch for the lid. He gave me the part number and I got it on Amazon for less than $30 with free shipping. Looks like an easy installation.
