"Dear Ms. [Member Name Removed], We are so very sorry to hear you were unhappy with our service on October 17, 2017. It is especially disappointing as it has been our pleasure to have served as your electricians since 2008. You are right in saying we did have a problem with our bucket truck on your job site which caused us to have to call the office and leave to get hydraulic fluid to continue operating the truck. Due to the equipment failure, it did take an hour longer than originally estimated to complete the work. Unfortunately that meant your power was off longer than we anticipated. When performing electrical work it is our professional obligation and recommended by the Occupational Safety Health Administration safety standards to shut off the power to the circuit we are working on. It is the first priority of M.R. Stoner Electric, Inc. to keep our customers and electricians safe during the course of work. We understand this is an extra hardship when caring for your elderly family member suffering with a serious illness. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and your grandmother. Our electrician Eric spoke with Mr. [Member Information Removed] regarding installing the light and told him we would be happy to do that for a minimum additional charge since it wasn't included in the original quote we submitted. When our supervisor called and spoke with Mrs. [Member name] the day after the work was performed to ask if she was happy with the service and learned of her dissatisfaction, our supervisor said we would be happy to send our electrician and Project Manager back to her home to discuss the work and make any corrections necessary. Mrs. [Member Information Removed] declined the offer. We continually strive to give a level of service that exceeds our customers expectations and regret we did not meet that goal in our service to you. Sincerely, Martin Stoner"
"Thank you Mr. [Member Name Removed]. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you and hope you will keep us in mind for any future projects you may have."
It took 3 ment to hang a light bulb...as the old joke goes...and this is so true with Stoner Electric.
