Absolutely amazing! They were at the house within 30 minutes, identified the issue and BAM fixed it. If your heat/ AC goes out these are the guys to call, I recommend them 110%. No need to look any further, Indoor Mechanical are the angels of HVAC, from the receptionist who takes your call to the tech that comes, nothing short of professional and a pure delight to work with

I have worked with several business, supposed to be profession people but this company put everyone else to SHAME, We need more people who work as this company did. Everything was completed in record time by Bryan and Justin. If I operated a business, thank goodness I do not but I would try to take these two employees away from Indoor Mechanical, they were an exception in the employee world. These two men are worth their weight in GOLD. That is just how good they were on the job and very professional! Thank you Robert and Erin you have a great company to be proud of

Hired Robert to install heating and air unit. am very pleased with his service. He was very honest and fair with his quotes and did not go over his estimate price. He kept me informed when changes occurred that was not of his doing and completed the job as quickly as possible. He was always professional. Not only was he knowledgeable but showed integrity and was respectful and sincere. His quality of customer service is lacking in other business of today. He never gave me the run a round and did exactly what he promised to do and a little more at his expense. His employees were the same.

We had four quotes, but Robert was the only one that checked out the complete system that needed to be replaced, including the duck work in very small attic! He was very knowledge and we would recommend him to anyone.

After having 3 other HVAC companies look at our system only to tell us that we needed to spend $3000 to $4000 for a new system, Robert of Indoor Mechanical System took the time and effort to really diagnose our system. He discovered and repaired the issue for only $1,080. Our air is cooling and we could not be happier with the service from Indoor Mechanical!!! They will get all of my future Business!!!!

After numerous quotes, we knew Robert was the one to give us the maximum efficiency of a needed new AC unit. He didn't even discuss the project until after a thorough inspection of old unit, heat pump, and duct work in the attic. Justine and helper were professional, knowledgeable, and totally trusted to work alone in home while I was at work. New AC unit & heat pump, new efficient duct work and 3 new needed air vents. Chillin' here in Leland, in every room, with thermostat set on 78 degrees!!! Project done on time and house left clean. Indoor Mechanical is the way to go for new unit & install.

These guys are awesome! I learned about them through my neighborhood FB page- Robert was so nice- they came out "after hours" and fixed my AC @ a very reasonable price- they are definitely my " go to " AC repair guys from now on! Very delighted with their service !!!

Worked hard, explained everything they were doing, cleaned up and hauled away all old materials, and even came back to make sure everything was working fine. Only HVAC contractor I called that called me back and then followed up by providing me what I requested at a fair price and a timely manner. I called over a half dozen, most did not call me back, some never got back to me with an estimate, one gave me a price twice the going rate. (Note I am an electrician four states away and install and wire HVAC systems all the time. Second note a very nice guy to do business with and I will call him again!

Robert and his team were very friendly and had my safety as one of their priorities. They came on a two different occasions very late at night to check the problems I was having with my Heating and AC, they were very affordable and even recommend getting second estemates, and didn't charge me a arm and a leg to replace my entire system. They also were great about working with my crazy work schedule. Thank you!

They arrived when they said they would. No off hours fees. You can call them anytime for service. Price was very reasonable. Will definately use them again to maintain my air unit.
