The work was done fast. We were given window units till they came to do the install. I have some concerns about the noise. I hope it can be resolved.

I should have know when they arrived late to the initial visit not to do business with this company, but I hired them to do the repair anyways. They showed up late to the repair visit, called within the last hour window to inform me they were running late. Very unprofessional. I had to pickup my son from school and came back one of the repairmen(Justin) was relieving himself behind my storage building. The repair lasted approx. month and 1/2 before the unit stopped working again. I tried to contact the company, no one returned by call, and I am out of $700 with a broken unit. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

The owner of the business was present on the job. They were prompt and wore shoe covers to protect our floors. The equipment videoed the ducts as they were being cleaned to insure a thorough job. Once done they tested to be sure everything operated as it should. He oversaw the process. He explained everything ahead of time. The company has the latest equipment. We are very satisfied with the job and the price was fair. We recommend the company.

We made a request through Home Advisor on a Sunday afternoon, thinking it would be the next day before we heard back. Indoor Mechanical called within five minutes, had a technician at our house within an hour, and had our A/C fixed within two hours of the original request. The technician was a total professional and knew his business. Highly recommend these guys!
