The worst customer service ever!! I ordered Teleflora’s Love and Joy bouquet several days in advance of Mother’s Day with delivery on Friday, May 06, 2016. The order was sourced to Dabbs’ Florist. When my mother-in-law received the arrangement, she thought it was beautiful so she sent me a picture. It did not look like the photo on the Teleflora ad. I understand that florists can make substitutions and the arrangement they create may not look exactly like the photograph. But the arrangement was at least supposed to have some purple in it in addition to the pink flowers. I had also paid extra money for a premium arrangement but the order my mother-in-law received did not have any more flowers in it than the regular arrangement. When I called Dabbs’ Florist, I was speaking in a very normal tone of voice and told the woman who answered the phone about my order. I told her I had a small complaint. When she heard the word ‘complaint,’ she immediately began telling me to stop yelling at her. I told her I was not yelling. I even made my voice softer but she still continued to tell me to stop yelling. I told her one last time that I was not yelling at her and she then told me to stop cursing at her, which of course I wasn’t doing. She then hung up on me. I am convinced she was doing this so that others in the room with her could say they heard her tell a caller to stop yelling and stop cursing so they look good if I file a complaint. This florist has certainly gone downhill since the original owners died. The way I was treated when I had a legitimate complaint was appalling. Remember, I didn’t want my money back, I didn’t want a new arrangement made; I just wanted to bring it to their attention that what I ordered and paid extra money for was NOT what was delivered. Of course, my mother-in-law thought the arrangement was beautiful, and it was, but that’s not the point. The point is that the Dabbs’ Florist employee was rude, overreactive, and confrontational. Teleflora picked this florist, but if it had been up to me I would have used Reidsville Florist or Bob Adams’ Florist. They are much better and more professional.
