Description of Work: Found this lumber company by talking to a sales person at a big box company and are we ever glad we did!!! Lumber is visibly of far superior quality to the Home Improvement stores. They offer natural DRIED wood and kiln dried wood selections on many of their products (before pre-treatment application). It makes for a far better product to work with in terms of reducing splitting, warping, propellering etc. I have used them for three different projects this summer (pergola and fence projects for the first two) and we are finishing the third project this month (the deck to go under the pergola). The pricing of the wood is the same or comparible to the box stores but better grade. The last project required delivery which was worth the reasonable additional fee over the hassle of hauling 16' deck boards too long for our personal truck bed. The website was of great help in making my selections over the phone ( www.bradylumber.com). I trusted their staff to select the wood for my project and they did an excellent job of checking for the usual issues - splitting, crowning, bowing, etc. and delivering a product I was happy to have had selected on my behalf. They were great in contacting me before delivering the wood and again, when they were running late due to weather concerns.
