Crew was punctual, the word was conducted quickly, and the representatives were professional. Trees and stumps were removed completely.

The employees did a great job clearing a large tree and loads of brush. Mr. Young was present, at the end of the job, to make sure that all went well. We have used this company before and will not hesitate to use them in the future. Very pleased with their service!!

Young's Tree Tech arrived on time and went right to work. They arrived with a crane that was needed because of the size of the trees and branches. i was in awe of how well the team of worked together to take out the trees. They were very professional. They cleaned up the property after the work was completed. I expected the job would take 8 hours to complete but they were done in less than 4 hours. I highly recommend them.

We hired Young's to cut down 25 tall pines, 2 larger hardwoods, as well as grind down stumps on the trees they cut and on on about 15 smaller trees we cut down on our own and then to mulch all branches. The service was performed in January of 2014. It is May 12, 2014 and we have just attempted to start using the mulch from the 30 cubic yard piles we got. To our great disappointment and horror it is unusable in any visible spots. I was ready to post a picture because it is worth 1000 words but unfortunately I can't see any place to attach it to this review. The mulch pile is full of large up to 1/2 inch thick and 1 to 3 foot long branches throughout. It looks like their chipper was turned way up in output size to most likely speed up the chipping process. By the way, the crew was done at 4:00 PM. We don't have mulch, we have 30 cubic yard pile of large branches. I can't believe how lousy of a job they have done. I guess we got what we paid for and certainly Derwin gave us better price but really by only few hundred dollars and now we can see clearly why. On the topic of stump grinding I counted 14 stumps that were missed. We paid $750 extra to grind down any stumps of trees we have cut. This wasn't done. I asked them separate the marked Oak logs into a separate pile from the other hardwood logs, they mixed it all up with other hardwoods. Derwin in commanding voice explained how he will separate it later - it ended up being all mixed up. Also, on the day of the service, I wasn't sure who was who any more as strangers were showing up in front of our house while Derwin had his crew working on the trees. Our house is located about 800 feet off the public street in a subdivision. So instead of meeting Derwin on the street, which by the way doesn't have much traffic, these strangers were driving up through our 800 foot private road and showing up in front of our house to supposedly conduct business with Derwin. One of them was Derwin's wife who parked her fancy Audi SUV in front of our house and with her kids started strolling around our property like if our lot was for public showcase. Legally, that's called trespassing.

They did it very professionally and did a great job. They took the logs out to the street and put them on a truck. They did a great job protecting the lawn.

The trees were cut, but the job was not completed because the burn pile was created by piling all tree limbs and very large logs (over 12 feet in length and over 1 foot diameter logs) on top of each other, making for an unmanageable burn pile. The tree stumps in the front yard were not ground per the contract at the time of service because the ground was too soggy for the stump grinder. I spoke with the owner before he left the job site and he promised to return to finish the job once the weather dried. Unfortunately, I paid him based on his word. After several phone calls and rounds of correspondence he was not willing to find a solution that could move us forward (finish the job or provide a refund) and he notified me he considered the job finished. I had to hire a second tree service to finish the job which cost time, money and innumerable frustration. There are two lessons learned in working with this company: 1. Clearly spell out in writing your expectations of what will be done 2. Pay for the work when you are 100% satisfied

They were phenomenal! They came with a huge crew and completed the work in about an hour. They also had me oversee the work of the trees getting trimmed so they got the exact branches trimmed that I wanted. They were fast, reasonable and did great work. I was very pleased!

Take down a tree; clean up a willow oak; take down dead, over-lapping, and larger limbs that weren't necessary. Derwin Young arrived on time, even called to confirm day and time. A crew of about 6-7 men did a fantastic job doing all of the above. They even cleaned up the yard. Kudos Derwin,owner of Young's Tree Tech. I give him A's all the way.

The major task was cutting down about an 18 ft. red maple tree that was diseased. Then he ground the stump and hauled the shavings away. There were dead limbs, over-sized limbs, and crowded limbs that had to be cut down in the back of the house that were over the roof. We have a huge willow oak, and I mean HUGE, that needed trimming after 20 years. This needed tree climbing and cutting down limbs of various sizes. There was a crew of 7-8 men working the yard. Trucks galore were here and one had the shredder available which took care of all the downed limbs. Derwin was responsible, always called for comfirmation, had a fair price, and they were here about 1-1.5 hours. They also CLEANED up the whole yard of small limbs and misc. leaves. Oh yeah!!! We had 8 estimates and 2 folks cancelled since we now decided to go with Young's. My husband I highly recommend Young's Tree Tech with Derwin Young the owner. Everything was as promised and better thaan I could ever imagine.

Derwin and his crew arrived early and got to work immediately. They completed the work quickly and Derwin provided great expert advice on the best way to trim the trees we wanted worked on. We've used this tree service for almost 9 years and I've never seen a more professional outfit. Can't say enough good things about them - they are simply the best!

Everything was perfect. A crane was used to provide the safety necessary and all refuse was cleaned up. I am constantly impressed by their efficiency and quality. The only problem I have with Young's is that he tells me he is "Insured" when I ask. Recently I have observed that he MAY NOT be insured. This can be a huge problem. I will have to resolve this before I contract him again.

To begin with, he gave us the best bid for the work. He worked all day on the neighboring street with 3-5 trucks taking down some major trees. He stopped by our home around 7:00 PM in the evening and took a look. However, he said we really don’t need to have it done, but he would still send us an estimate the same night, which he did. He was completely honest and what he advised was truly in our best interest. He wasn’t trying to just make a sale. He is extremely knowledgeable and when we need tree service, we’ll be calling them first.

He is excellent. I have recommended him to several people and they have been completely satisfied. I and others will continue to use him again. His prices are very reasonable and I don't bother calling anyone else.

Fine... good team and good work

Most efficient operation I have ever seen. Arrived on time and immediately, a finely tuned platoon of tree professionals began cutting, trimming, removing, and shredding many of my marked trees. No standing, talking, idle movement was observed. These guys were there to get the job done! They removed (at my request) 30% more than I had marked and ground the stumps. Original quote was for $1200. I could not in good conscience not reward their incredible extra effort, professionalism, and tidiness. I gave them a $400 bonus. They simply just blew me away. America needs more workers willing to work hard and take pride in their job. I would hire Derwin Young's crew again in a New York Second. You should too.

They were so organized. They cam and did everything so quickly they were done in three hours. They did not disturb any of the other plants in my yard and they cleaned up after themselves.

We got a quote at a great price. Several people told us what a good price we were quoted so we decided not to call anyone else for additional quotes. Young's was able to schedule quickly. My neighbor called me at lunch while I was at work to let me know the job was completed and my yard looked so good she had them come over to give her a quote on removing some trees from her yard. We will definitely use Young's again!

It was a fabulous experience. Derwin had been out the week before to give me an estimate and then he was able to work us in with little notice. They showed up on time and got to work while waiting for the crane to arrive. While waiting, they took care of the stumps we had asked them to clear, as well as the roots from the pine tree that were growing towards the house. The crane arrived as they were finishing the stumps and they made quick work of getting the tree down. They were so fast and kept everything clean. They were not even here two hours. We were amazed and will certainly use them for future work. Their price was lower than other estimates we had gotten.

Mr. Young, the owner, arrived to my house as promised to give me an estimate. It was the best price of any highly rated company I had checked. We made an appointment and his crew arrived in plenty of time to set up and prepare to start as scheduled. This is first rate operation so much so that I recommended my elderly mother contract him which she did. I would recommend him to anyone and if I ever have any need for tree service, I would look no further than him. He has my highest recommendation.

They were supposed to arrive around 11:00am but didn't show up until after 3:00pm that afternoon, which is why I gave them a B on Punctuality. Needless to say I was concerned about them being able to complete the job that day. Despite the late start, they removed the 2 trees (both very tall hardwoods, one Maple and one Oak on a heavily wooded lot), removed the storm debris and ground down the stumps, cleaned up and were gone around 6:00pm. They brought a crane to lift the parts they cut off up and over the existing trees so no damage was done to the surrounding areas from falling limbs. They ground up the small branches and cut up the remaining trunks for timber and took all of it away. There was a crew of 7 and the owner was there the entire time working with and directing the crew. Their price to remove both trees was the same someone else quoted me for just removing the Maple tree. And when the quote was performed there was no mention of using a crane and there was no extra charge for it when they showed up with the crane. This is the second time I've used Young's service and I will use them again if the service is needed.

They were very thorough and cleaned up well afterwards. They had a crew of (6) and they accomplished alot in a quick amount of time. You could hardly even tell they were here. The trees were very large, about 70-80 feet in height and was impressed they could get up there.

I would recommend Young's Tree Tech, LLC. They did a really good job. They did not leave a mess. Their prices are in line with other companies. I would use them again if needed.
