I sent an email with details about what I needed and requested a quote. A salesman contacted me and said that he needed to look at the unit before providing anything in writing. I had to follow-up with him to try to schedule a time, he could not make the first available time frame. He suggested another time that would not work for me. I suggested another date and time and the response from the salesman was that he would only come if I would say yes or no on the spot. I told him that that would probably not happen and he did not show up.

They are reliable. Their workers are courteous. I will surely use them again.

The crew showed up when expected and did their work in a professional manner. Work site left clean and neat.

They came and took care of it. They had a same day appointment so they were able to come out. I think they were  little bit pricey since I had to go to them directly. I think they were on time. I would actually use them again because I was satisfied with their quality of work.

I live alone and have a limited time window in my schedule to arrange for service. I callled 2 days before the desired day and was scheduled for service but was told that a specific time could not be provided. I also had a medical appointment for that day at 130. I had not heard from the service tech by 1230 so I called and said I had an appointment that I must attend. I was told they were just about to call me and come to my house. I asked if they could come later in the day and I was told that maybe they could come but they could not guarantee. They did not come. I think a more organized service schedule is warranted to avoid having a homeowner commit to being availavle for an entire day. The receptionist I spoke with on the phone was not customer-oriented and I did not feel they were committed to the customer.

The sales person took his time to answer our questions, and he provided a variety of options taking into account price, noise, Seer rating, rebates and tax credits. I am extremely satisfied with the system that we purchased. The installation was great as well. The installer was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the finished installation looked very clean. All of the appropriate permits were filed with the city, and it passed inspection without any issues.

They came on the weekend and went around and checked a lot of things in the house. We told him what the issue was and he was inside and outside checking and very good.

They have been great, they come quickly and do a good job.  He said they do not normally come on weekends unless an emergency but they came out on a Saturday for us. They were very good, prompt and professional. We have two units and one was above the attic and he had to climb crazy stairs to get to it and he was great. They explained everything before they did it, which was nice, like here is what the problem was. They were here when they said and were here almost right away, either that day or the next day.

Technician (Moe) was professional and prompt throughout the process.  Moe diagnosed the issue as part of an air conditioning maintenance appointment and returned the following week to install the new evaporator coil.  He was able to quickly and effectively replace the evaporator coil.  Moe provided clear information on the nature of the problem and also let me know that I should look into a class action lawsuit against the manufacturer of the evaporator coil (Lennox) to try to get some of the labor cost refunded.  (the part was covered under warranty)  Although there was an accidental oil spill on the porch concrete in carrying out the old coil, Moe tried various cleansers and worked hard to clean up the spill and was quick to point out the issue to me..  I appreciated his honesty and professionalism.  I would definitely use Yellow Dot again.  

We use them twice a year. They do the air conditioning in the summer and do the heat in the fall. We needed a repair on our air conditioning unit and they came and repaired it within an hour and a half. The cost was about 350 dollars for the parts and everything.
