I have a contract with them and they come out twice a year. I spend about $195 on that service. They are punctual and thorough. They actually found something that another company overlooked. Their prices are comparable to others. They are usually prompt.

Excellent on all work completed. In addition to replacing the compressor, we have them clean our units (2) each year, totalling about $200. We have also purchased a new HVAC unit for our downstairs from them in 2003 ($3300), and they will stay with you if you have any problems, making service calls for free until you are trouble free. We really like this company.

They come in, they check everything, and if something needs to be done, they let me. I've used companies in the past that try to sell me something every time they come but Woodcrest does not do that. No hard or soft sales.

It went well overall. Mario was extremely professional. The turnaround time was great. The technicians cleaned up inside when they finished, but left the old concrete slab in the backyard.

I don't have to remember to call them to schedule. They call me and make sure it is convenient for them to come out. They do a very thorough job. The systems have been working fine and I know that their diligence is a big help in keeping them that way.

The furnace is working great as far as I can tell. We were pleased with the installation and the service we got overall. The workers didn t mess around when they got here to work; the worked quickly and efficiently. I thought the price was fair. I would recommend them to friends.

Everything was wonderful. We were treated with the utmost respect from everyone we dealt with. Everyone was very friendly. The guys who did the installation answered all of our questions completely. They worked very hard and had the entire job done very quickly. We had a few price quotes and they were one of the best we received. We would highly recommend this companies services to any one.

We really like using them and we have used them many times in the past for our heating and cooling needs. They are the only ones that we depend on. They are really nice people who work hard and fast. They got our furnace installed in less than two hours and had us up and running in three.

I feel that Woodcrest is an extremely professional company that will gladly go that extra mile for you. They do excellent work and completed it in excellent timing. They were able to install both of our new units in just one day. We have not had any problems with any of the work that they did for us, and everything has worked perfectly since it was installed. I really like the people there and hope to work with them again.

We had no heat on a Friday headed into the coldest weekend we've had in Raleigh this year. Woodcrest agreed to show up the same day (which two other companies couldn't do) and stayed in contact with us about when they would arrive. They were prompt, professional, and helpful. They handled the work quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them!

Woodcrest Heating and Cooling was a great company for me to work with. I have been dealing with them since 1994. When they first opened and they are wonderful! They are cordial, polite and hard workers. I find them to be very honest and very customer care oriented in terms of how they relate to those using their services. I would say that their costs are fair, but still competitive. I will continue to give them my business. With a heating and air conditioning job like we had done the costs you wind up with are usually a result of what the quality and brand of the product you are installing is. More than what the installation fees are. Now, we opted to get a higher end gas furnace unit. Which is why we paid more money than perhaps some folks would be willing to.

I have been dealing with Woodcrest for several years now, and I have a service contract with them. I have never had a bad experience when using this company and I would surely advise others to look into them, if they are in search of a good company. Specifically pertaining to my large gas furnace being put in, I was once again thoroughly pleased with the services rendered and I think very highly of this organization as a whole.

Our new furnace works really well. We were really happy about how quickly they were able to get our new furnace installed since it was in the middle of winter when the other furnace went out. They were able get our new unit installed in just a couple of days after we called them.

We thought that Woodcrest's employees could not have been more friendly. They were absolutely phenomenal to work with, and we had no issues with them whatsoever. Unfortunately, recently two of our vents have broken. My husband has contacted them three times and we have not heard any response from them to date. So, if we could just resolve that minor issue, we'd be thrilled with them. We had found out about Woodcrest through our real estate agent. The only thing I cannot comment on would be the exact price that we were charged for the work done by Woodcrest. I know that we had no complaints about the costs, but my husband handles the bill paying.

I would absolutely use Woodcrest's services in the future. I was very pleased with their neatness and I felt that they made me feel like a valued customer. They were easy for me to converse with, friendly and respectful within the confines of my home. I had shopped around in terms of costs, as well, and they offered the best rates around from what I could tell.

WOODCREST'S GUYS REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND I THINK THE PRICE WAS PRETTY GOOD, TOO. MY HUSBAND TRUSTS THEM WITH ANYTHING TO DO WITH HEATING OR AIR CONDITIONING SO THEY MUST DO A GREAT JOB.
