Triad Maintenance

Service is  excellent. Pricing reasonable. Reliable and responsive.  They really know their turf.  My fescue grass is consistently among the best in my neighborhood.  Only complaint is that at times their follow-up can be slow, but this is a minor complaint.  I have been using them for a few years now and would recommend them to anyone.

Am very pleased with the work of Triad's crew members.  When they leave my yard looks terrific.  They are polite, warm people and accomodate any special requests, though I have seldom needed to ask for anhything beyond their routine work as they do sucn a thorough job.

Triad Maintenance is very good, I'm keeping them. I am calling him back in the spring because I liked him a lot. I am not familiar with the prices for this so I am not sure if it was expensive or not. Nobody else would come and he is the first one that came. He took the sprinkler head off and he blew out the system and before the guy never blew out the system, but I am glad he did because it got really cold and something would have frozen for sure. He was on time and he was a very nice gentleman. The quality of his service was very good.

Always pleased with Fred, David and crew. They have done our yard for four years now (and also do our neighbor's). Our yard looks great - they trim back shrubs, pull weeds, get the weeds in the driveway cracks, etc - lots of detail. And fast! What used to take my husband all weekend now takes an hour with their large crew (including blowing tons of leaves in the fall). We get lots of compliments on our yard. We had them do our mulching this year and very happy with that as well. They also clean our gutters.

I've been using them for over 3 years now. They take care of everything yard related, including pulling weeds out of a large mulch area around the kid's playset. They have done such a great job that two of my neighbors have also hired them to do their lawn services. I'm on the monthly (year-round) plan and I typically deal with Fred directly with any additional requests that I may have. It might take a couple of days for them to make it out after requesting they trim the hedges, but they always make it out and the bushes look great. The only challenge I've had is having them get rid of the bermuda grass in one spot of my yard. After several requests, I just went ahead and took care of it myself. Other than this one item, I've had nothing but a positive experience with Fred and his team.

They have been very reliable and do a great job with the yard. I would recommend this company to anyone. I cant think of any problems with this company.

Their responsiveness and quality of their work is something that stands out about them. I spend about a few thousand dollars a year for lawn care and landscaping. They are just getting very busy. It takes few days for them to get a job done but sometimes it might take a week or two for them to get out and do the work. However, they will be there when they tell me that they are going to come out. I would use their services in the future too.

Fantastic job. looks great. He keeps my lawn a dark green and my shrubs look great. The stonework and paver work looks Great!

They are very reliable. They are very picky about everything. I am selling my house right now. They will help me with the extra work I need done. He came out personally and supervised the work out back.
