Tim went above and beyond what we expected. We had a problem with my home warranty company and Tim was very kind and patient in the matter. We also misplaced our receipt from him and he went out of his way to create another receipt for us and hand deliver it to me after work. That's great customer service!

Tim called me back promptly, was able to schedule an appointment for the next day (earliest i was available), called before he came, and arrived on time. He cleared the stopped drain using a machine, charged exactly the quote (which was a great price), and cleaned up afterwards.
