On Saturday I met with the salesman who spent a good amount of time calculating the size of the system needed. On Tuesday at my request they did most of the installation. Wednesday morning they came out at 9:30 to apply finishing touches and test the lines with a vacuum pump. They fired it up around 11 a.m. and it steadily cooled and de-humidified the home, which was easily 90 degrees. By bedtime everything in the home was a very comfortable 74 degrees. This new system runs so quiet, you hardly know it's on — but it works like a charm. For not much extra money I had them replace several crushed ducts. In addition, with the new system came some new boxes, replacing the ones that had leaked. And I was delighted to discover that two registers at the far end of the house that never could get enough air pressure before now work great! I wish I had done this three years ago when we moved into the home. I actually feel like our home is now a pleasant place to be in the summer.

Initially they were very courteous and professional but after confirming my appointment twice, once via email and once via phone, they reached out a third time to request a service fee. I canceled the appointment because, while I would have been happy to pay the service fee if it had been discussed as part of either of the first two confirmations, I personally feel to reach out a third time, on the morning of the appointment (after previously confirming the appointment twice), to request a service if is unprofessional and made me question their ability as a company to do the work I needed promptly and professionally.

You booked your appointment online through our website scheduler not to our customer service team, and unfortunately the web scheduler does not print out our service fee. Therefore when our dispatcher was calling your call in route she was verifying the fee for service. We could understand how frustrating this may be and will make sure it does not happen again in the future. We were not so impressed. The ad said that he would have some kind of tool to clean algae out of the line and he didn't have it with him. It took him 15 minutes to go through this 27 point check up on our unit. Basically he went through and pointed out parts that were going to fail soon and that we need to take care of it. He left us paperwork on if we were to buy a service contract with his company and he was gone. My husband said he didn't see any 20 things being checked. We were most concerned about the lines being clear, that's one of the points, that they run something through the coolant lines to make sure they were clear. He didn't have them on the truck so he couldn't do it. Didn't come back to do it, he just didn't do it, like, but I paid for that. To improve they could be thorough, do what they say they're going to do. The best part was anticipating getting my air conditioner tuned up. The worst part of the experience was the tune up.

Very friendly technician called 30 minutes before arriving. Conducted an assessment of the health of the gas pack and recommended a coil cleaning along with the regular maintenance I initially requested. He also identified a capacity issue that was easily resolved with a replacement item.
