Mr. McCoy provided a priority report for suggested actions resulting from the assessment. His background is electrical engineering and he clearly has a keen eye for taking in the entire picture. His experience and certifications/licenses span Infrared Physical Condition Assessments, Commercial Property Condition Assessments, and Residential Inspections.
Description of Work: Mr. McCoy performed a thermal inspection of my home to assess for enegy loss due to insufficient insulation, air leakage, construction variances, and provided suggested remedies.
