They did what I expected of them. We have a lot of pecan trees and we had many bugs when we first moved here.  We ended up having the trees cut down, which helped the bug problem.  They have sprayed a couple of times after, but I hardly see any bugs.

I have no problems. When they say they're going to be here, they're here. The gentleman that comes is very nice.

It did go fine and have no problems with them.  They change the bate stations when needed. They come and check them quarterly.  If there was damage they would cover the repair if any was needed, up to 20000.00 

They come in quarterly or as needed. They do what we ask them to. I liked their service. They were professional and on time.

My mom has been using them since 1961. So I just kept using them as well. I had termite damage and they were really good about coming out and fixing it. The only problem I have is the bait system. They put wood in the stations and expected it to attract the termites. At the same time, the termites can just go around that and go up the side of my house.

I’ve used their services for many years. They’re extremely reasonable on their cost on the X-terra bate system. They give a courtesy call before they come out, and it’s very professionally-handled.

I live in a 1920's house and they tend to have more bugs. I have been using them for about 2 years and after they spray I do not have bugs. Sometimes they don't give me enough notice about when they are coming out because I have a gate that I have to unlock for them to get in so I would like a little more follow up customer care. Aside from that they are fine although I am sure there are lower cost providers; I just don't have the time to search for them. I will use them again in the future.

I have a contract with them. They come out every quarter. They charge $70 per visit. I am very happy with them. They always let me know when their guy is coming. If I have an issue, I call them and they will send the guy out, even before the regular spraying. I have been very satisfied with them. I have not compared their prices with the other companies. They come out very quickly. I will absolutely continue to use them in the future. 

My experience with them has been top notch. They are always doing the right thing; they spend time and talk to me on what they found, they do follow-ups if I have got to have them come out and it has happened only once or twice. I have never had a problem with them. They are very good on coming right on the minute when they say they are going to be there. The last visit was scheduled for really odd minute, and it was not even five minutes and they came right in.

We like their service. They are always very prompt and they do a good job.

The service is fine. We have been using them for 22 years.

They were excellent. They always call ahead and ask us to lock up our pets. It is $75 per visit. We would recommend them to anyone.

I think their prices are a little high. I think they come out, look for termites, and if they do not see any, they go away. Once, they told me that I needed humidifiers and new plastic put down in the crawl space. Their price came in so high that I hired another company that did the same job for half the price. However, it was just one instance. I have a contract with them. So, I will continue to use them in the future.

We are very happy with them. They were extremely friendly and  thorough.  

I have an annual contract with them. I am satisfied with their work.

They came on time. They are committed to taking care of our house. They gave me a discount for signing up for an annual thing. So far we have not seen any bugs. He was on time. He was also a little folksy.

.We have a plan with them where they come out 4 times a years . And they do a really good job. I don't really have to see them when they come out because they spray outside and its working. Their prices are pretty comparable. They are usually here when they say they will be. I will continue to use them in the furture.

They come several times a year. They let me know when they are going to be in the area. They are on time. They leave a report on what they did, and if they found any termites.

We haven't had any issues. They schedule the appointment and let us know when they are going to come. It is usually when we are not here so it is not a problem. We have never had to reschedule. I haven't done much price comparison, but there are cheaper.

We pay $75 per quarter for that service.  They are very professional.  They are willing to come back anytime if I feel I have a problem with bugs.  I would use them in the future.

They have been excellent and I would definitely recommend them.

In January of 2012, Terminix notified us that they are adding a new, more aggressive termite deterrence program in which they spray "critical areas" of properties with liquid termiticide. The new program, which they termed their "liquid" option, includes the spray, an annual termite inspection, no termite-treatment fees, and a $25,000 termite-protection warranty subject to the terms of the individual's plan.  The annual fee of the "liquid option" was quoted as $180.00.   At the same time, they increased by $60/year (to $240/year) the fee for the termite-trap maintenance and monitoring service that was in place when we bought the house. 

I understand that the bait stations are a more labor-intensive, hence more costly, option for the corporation.  That being said, I don't think the groundwater, soil, or biota, including humans, are improved by the additional chemical spray of the "liquid option", especially where the bait stations are adequate to do the job.  I do think that this new pricing strategy is designed to nudge customers towards a more profitable chemical-intensive plan and to make the more environmentally benign trap strategy harder to afford.   Thus, I dislike their new pricing strategy.  Rating the corporation "B" for price seemed to be the only way for me to reflect these concerns in my otherwise positive Angie's-List rating of the company.

I've used them since 1973 and since then they have been very professional and they do great work.

We had multiple termite traps so I have termites everywhere, and they were coming every thirty days, now they back to back once in every quarter. They came out this time, and checked the termite laid traps which were positioned all the way around the house, and in this case there was no sign of termites being attracted it into those traps. They do a good job. I would continue to use them again in the future.

They did an ok job.
