The beautician did exactly what I asked her to do.

It just costs too muchl My wife went to the same hairdresser we had both been using, and her prices had gone up by more than 50%.

I am very happy with them and they are friendly and warm.  They always try very hard to please me and I just never had a problem with them.  They take walk-ins but you can also make appointments. 

Christy West is the stylist who does my hair. My sons and I followed her from another salon - they both have thick hair, one is wavy. They have been to several people and like Christy best - so do I. She is very careful to be sure she understands what we want and she makes sure we are happy. My hair is very fine and thin, not the easiest to manage, but Christy does a fantastic job. The staff is very friendly every time we go in. On a recent visit my friend and I had to wait with my son for 45 minutes (we were early for the appointment). Jack, the owner, made sure we were comfortable and gave us complimentary wine while we waited. He couldn't have been nicer and made the time fly by. Overall I give the salon high marks. It is a great atmosphere, and they have a good variety of salon products.

I called to make an appointment for my first visit. When I asked how long the person had been cutting hair, it was disclosed that he was a new employee with a year of experience. I then asked to be scheduled with someone with more experience on thin hair, which I was. The first visit was good, nothing to write home about, but not all too bad. Standard haircut that I've gotten from several different hair stylists in the past. The second visit was weird. It seemed as though the stylist was moody or didn't want to be there and the cut turned out horrible. I called and to see if it could be fixed and I had to work around her schedule which was very inconvenient and I finally realized that getting it fixed would be more of a waste of my time. I know of others who have been happy with the haircuts at this place, and several others who had a similar experience as mine.

Amazingly well! I felt so comfortable, etc. We always have so much fun while we are at the salon.

Overall my experience at the salon was favorable - service was prompt and courteous. I went on a Friday afternoon and the salon was not very busy. Stacy was the individual assigned to do my hair. I had asked for blond highlights and I think she went a little too light. A couple of days later I noticed areas that did not have great coverage (highlights were placed too far from the root). The cut is very good but I am not completely satisfied with the color.
