SOUTHERN CLASS CARPET CLEANING

He left soapy water residue on my floor. By the time I noticed, he had already cleaned up all his hoses. I didn't want him taking them through my house again. He was pretty careless with the hoses, let them bang into my wall, even tossed some of his stuff on my floor. I asked him to be careful when he places stuff on my grand and rudely replied "do you want me to clean your couch or not?" He looks really rough...I didn't want a fight with him, and it would have taken him 10 minutes to get his hoses down from my third floor. I should have vetted him ahead of time, I never would have used him. Lesson learned.

Tim Christmas (owner) appeared on time but immediately ran into problems with lines that hadn't been properly flushed from the last job he did.  Of course, he blamed that on someone else even though he works alone.  He "appeared" to clean the lines then tried to upsell the "oxy" clean feature for an extra $100.  He quickly cleaned all of the rooms in the house, staircase and hallways with no attention to any of the carpet stains.  Just a total rush job.  The house actually smelled like it was cleaned with dirty water left over from the last job he did.  I was not pleased and the new owners were not pleased either.  When we asked him to return to the job to look at some of the areas which still looked unclean, he was very rude and said those stains would never come out regardless of what was used or how many times the carpet was cleaned.  Of course, he didn't mention that when he tried to upsell us with the "oxy" clean for an extra $100 when he first arrived.
