They've always been good to deal with. They show up when they're suppose to. The technicians have always been great. We have had some actual problems with the work though. We've had a bunch of windshields replaced through them. Twice now, we've had to have them redone. One of the two times, it cause damage to other parts of the car. When the work that they did leaked and it damaged some electrical piece in the car, they covered the cost without a hassle.

I checked in 5 minutes BEFORE appointment (the receptionist was playing on her phone). After watching folks come in after me and leave before me (about 1-1/2 hours), I returned to the front desk to ask the receptionist when I would be next and had they forgotten about me... she said she would check and let me know. She responded, "they lost your paperwork in the back." And I would be next. When the manager came out to talk to me, he said the receptionist had not even checked me in! The work was immediately completed free of charge and an apology was made to me... however, this was about three hours after my scheduled appointment. While i appreciate the free work, I did not appreciate having to sit and do nothing for three hours while the receptionist was busy playing on her phone and not doing what she was hired to do.,

Safelite AutoGlass fixed it in less than 30 minutes. Originally we thought we might have to replace the whole windshield since the crack was about the size of a quarter. Safelite AutoGlass told us they could fill it without replacing the windshield. Although we can still see where the filling is, it is much cheaper than replace the whole windshield.

Good, simple, quick and painless! It was easy to make an appointment, they came to our our house when it was convenient for us and and did all the work in our driveway. I only had to make a phone call to get it done. They took care of everything else and dealt with the insurance company. I only had to verify it was done with the insurance company afterwards. We had a bonus check from them that covered the cost of our deductible.

I could not have been more pleased. I called the 1-800 number and arranged to have the windshield installed at my home. I also requested original manufacturers glass (OEM)) and was told they would do their best since insurance would cover it but not sure of the availability for an 11 year old Volvo. The 2 guys they sent were professional and super competent. The brought a Volvo windshield but it was not the correct one. So they went back to their warehouse and brought a Satellite OEE (equivalent) one that looked very much like the Volvo one. It was installed carefully, protecting the 11 year old windshield parts, and I am super pleased. The glass is just what I needed. They also recommended new wiper blades for $29 and that too was a good purchase. So for $129, I have really nice new class and wipers. I would definitely use them again.

Customer Service was great, appointment scheduling was flexible, but price was off the charts, and almost 200 dollars more than the local competition.

It went perfect. I actually had 2 different services with Safelite. Both of them went perfectly well. One was replacing an entire windshield and the second one was repairing where a stone had popped up and cracked the windshield.

My experience with them was perfect.
