Rapid Repair was prompt and did a great job!

Our toilet was leaking water inside the bowl and it just needed the chain kit inside the tank to be replaced. You can get the part from a hardware store for less than $10 and install it yourself, very easy, a few minutes job. But since this was in our rental unit, I asked Rapid Repairs to do it. They charged $149.45 for it, which is outrageous! I had another plumber do the same job last year for another toilet and they charged $85! Unfortunately, I couldn't hire this other company this time since they were busy.

They came when promised, installed entire system in well less than a day, just came back for check to make sure everything is OK, and it is. On the plus side, they were the lowest cost and best value by far out of the 5 estimates I got. One of them, the name I shouldn't mention, but a nationwide store chain was actually TWICE as much as Rapid Repair guys charged me! Installation crew was professional, overall GREAT experience.

Beware - I worked with these guys for a new water heater. They ARE NOT transparent in their pricing. I was told that I would receive a breakdown of the costs of labor and materials. I had to fight with them to get this info which is necessary for our accounting. Also - they did the work a day after agreeing to. They forgot to register the warranty, etc. Not the smartest guys I ever met. Would not recommend. Tried working it out with HomeAdvisor too but they were no help at all.

They came out in six inches of snow to assess what we needed, then started work in two days. Incredibly professional. Great experience.

They responded and came out same day during an emergency. Polite and thorough, also the paperwork was handled very well.

Technician arrived earlier than originally planned, a good thing. Prompt, fast service. My repair was minor. Price was a little expensive but after the long, hard freezing weather we had experienced it was almost impossible to get a plumber to even answer their phone. Overall, very satisfied with service. Would recommend Rapid Repair again.

They did a great job. The only complaint that I have is they were late to the appointment.

We had a methane leak very small but could not figure out where it was coming from and from Lincoln calling us and telling us who we should expect to Chris C. showing up, the entire experience was ALL about the customer. They both were extremely knowledgeable and it was a very pleasant experience! And Chris C. fixed our problem!! Will definitely use them for all services in the future.

Arrived on time , completed the work in good time.

They do live up to their name, Rapid. 24 hours from call to finished install of new HVAC system. Very good price, no haggling required. Tim PM did a great job assessing, sizing and suggesting improvements (that did not impact price). Crew was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

The installers were competent, careful and willing and able to explain what they were doing. are very professional every respect.

Need to have Conduit and duct work completed because of another companies failure to replace when a new HVAC was installed. Got 3 different quotes. Rapid Repair provide the best options with the least amount of work. Within 2 days, I already noticed a huge difference, Repaid Repair provide a lot of information about the requirements for the job. Technician was experienced, certified, friendly and ease to work with.

Had my Heatpump replaced/ Got 5 quotes. Rapid Repair Experts ended having the best deal. Seemed to do a great job. I guess time will tell.
