These guys did a fabulous job on our short sale home.  Terry was very personable.  Our hardwoods looked the best.  The carpets, and not their fault at all, didn't come as clean as I had hoped.  What can I expect though, it was a pre-foreclosure home.  The carpets look 150% better though after the guys came in.  Thank you so much.

It was great. They were very responsive to my scheduling needs. Did a good job cleaning carpet (my carpet is in pretty bad shape so every stain couldn't be removed). Cleaning went quickly with two men doing the work. I'm very happy with the results.

Very professional and quick.  Treated my furniture with care.  Also turned on all the fans in the various rooms to speed up drying process.  Also advised me to turn the A/C down temporarily so the humidity would not hinder the drying process.  Very satisfied.

They had good comunicated and kept me informed as to exactly when they would come. They cleaned the carpet very well. I liked that when they put the funitire back they put tdown water proof strips or blocks so the furniture would not stain the carpet. I also noticed that in the high traffic areas like in front of doors, under the recliners and hallways, they got the dirt up and then spent time getting the carpet fluffed up that had been compressed. The work was very professional and I will be calling them in the future.

I took advantage of an Angie's Big Deal and couldn't be happier.  Terry contacted me the day after I made the online purchase and scheduled me for the following Tuesday.  I work from home so my schedule is flexible.  Terry told me roughly what time he'd be at my house, called me when he was within an hour of being that and he did an excellent job.  Couldn't be happier and will definitely use him again for carpets and hardwood flooring.

Was easy to make an appointment, phone calls were promptly returned.  Were flexible with re-scheduling.  Arrived on time, explained whole cleaning process.  Did a great job, at a reasonable price. Will bring them back to clean upholstery and a different set of rooms in my house.

They arrived on time and were extremely polite and professional. They got right to work and did a fantastic job. My carpet looks brand new. They are coming back on the 16th to clean and polish my hardwood floors.

The work crew was punctual in meeting the scheduled work time.
'The house was empty of all furniture and renter's personal property.
The company provided professional quality carpet cleaning and spot removal using spot detergents and a combination steam injector and vacuuming machine.   Result was a like-new condition of carpets except along some edges that had accumulated debris over years of carpet use in a rental home property.  The work crew was careful to maintain cleanliness of the work areas.
We plan to use this company for future carpet or upholstery cleaning needs.

Terry and Mike arrived exactly on time.  This is the first thing I appreciate about business's that come to your home. No, you can't show up 10 minutes early as I may be running behind and not ready to answer the door at 10 til your arrival time but would be at the appointed arrival time. Both gentleman were very friendly and didn't have a problem if I held them up periodically moving the large family dog and new puppy to other parts of the house.  I had also moved away most of the smaller items in the room as I wanted as near to 100% of the carpet cleaned.  They took care of moving the larger items out of their way as they worked, sectionals, desk, storage cabinets ect. Before they started they had me go over each room and piece of furniture so that I could communicate to them exactly what I wanted and hoped to achieve with their service.  As I alluded to above we have a Golden Retriever who is 16 yo. and consequently has had a few accidents on the carpet. And the 5 mo. puppy was coming into his own and feeling the need to make the living room his own space.  So, I did want to and was able to point out some problem areas as well as show areas of the sectionals that the Golden liked to lie next to.  Mike and Terry gave me a run down of what they were going to do, then proceeded with the cleaning, explaining what they were doing as they worked. They worked quickly and efficiently, but had time to joke and converse with my 12 yo. daughter and myself on several topics.  They finished before the allotted length of time (maybe 20 mins.-it was an excellent estimate of time to complete the job).  Before they packed up we went over each room together to make sure I didn't see anything they missed or found unsatisfactory.  They were also able to let me know which spots had given them trouble.  And believe me with 2 dogs, one old and one in puberty, two teenagers having Friday night Movie Nights with 15 of their closest orange soda drinking-popcorn eating friends....there was a lot of "spots".  Mike and Terry had gotten all of them clean except one dot of butter popcorn oil. The carpets and furniture looked fabulous and I couldn't have been more pleased with their service, their friendliness and of course their price.  I had a 10% off coupon from Angie's List catalog which they honored and the final price of $500 was after this was deducted from the total price.  An extremely good value for the work they had done.  I  highly recommend Mike and Terry's Professional Carpet Systems for all your carpet and upholstery cleaning needs!

Professional Carpet Systems did an absolute wonderful job. 
We were ready to replace the carpet as we had severe grandchildren and pet
damages,  but with the excellent cleaning from Professional Carpet Systems
it now it looks new again.  The service could not have been better. 
They arrived on time, explained the process in a professional and warm style
and immediately went to work and completed the job in a very short period of
time.   We could not be happier and will plan to use them again and

Response to my inquiry was very prompt. They came out to estimate and set a date for services to make sure I feel within the promotional deal. They were very nice and courteous when they came out to do the job and did the job well.

We took advantage of the Big Deal and are very pleased. They explained the process completely and did exactly what they said. Very courteous and thorough. Only took about two hours for about 1,000 SF of carpeting.

Terry and partner arrived on time and the work was performed beautifully. Our carpet is an off white and had not been professionally cleaned in a many years. I'm very impressed and happy with how good it looks. My carpet is at least 15 years old and it looks better than it has in years. I have already given two of his cards out to friends.

The cleaners were prompt and fast.  The furniture they could move were placed on styrofoam risers or plastic padding after
cleaning.  This process resulted in some of the furniture not being re-centered as it had been before and difficult for us to remove after the carpet dried.  This was our only complaint.

Mr Strickland contacted us to schedule an appointment a day or so after we purchased the coupon.  Nice not having to chase down the service provider.   We were pleased that he provided the service on the weekend so neither my wife nor I had to take a day off from work.  He showed up on time and went right to work after we walked him through the house.  After cleaning the carpet, he placed moisture resistance blocks under all the furniture legs to prevent water damage to the furniture (or carpet stains).  His service went beyond just cleaning the carpet.  Terry was friendly and professional and spent time talking to us about carpet care; we learned more from him about our carpet & its care than we did from the folks who sold us the carpet.  We've used rental cleaners in the past.  We were pleasantly surprised at the significant difference a professional cleaning makes.  Our carpet is 10 years old, but now looks like it is new.  We will definitely use his services again.

This company was excellent - Terry and Mike were incredibly professional, thorough and skilled.  Our carpets look excellent - just about brand new, and we hadn't had them cleaned the entire five and a half years that we've had them installed.  Professional Carpet Systems were able to removenumerous stains from the carpet that had been there for - in some cases - years, and everything looks excellent.  I highly recommend them.

Before PCS arrived the carpet had lots of stains; I'm not sure it had ever been steam cleaned. The guys arrived early and they did an amazing job. Almost all of the stains came up and the house feels clean and smells great.  I am so glad I bought this Angie's deal and will definitely call PCS again. What a fantastic experience!

The guys from Professional Carpet Systems were extremely professional and did an excellent job.  They cleaned the carpets of the entire house quickly and were able to remove a couple stains that were pretty set in.
