Hal verified the faucet I bought would work 28th my plumbing BEFORE he started. He explained what needed to be done and provided an estimate before he started. He tested all parts and explained how the new faucet worked. He even answered questions about what would need to be done if I replaced the sink later. Very thorough job. Awesome!

The technician, Matthew, was prompt, polite, and efficient. He took his time to explain everything clearly and made the process very simple and unobtrusive. He was in and out quickly and made sure to socially distance and disinfect all of the surfaces he came in contact with continuously and before he left. Would highly recommend.

The technician arrived on time, made me sign the min charges for diagnostics around $175, he did not spend enough time to analyze the problem suggested to replace the water pump, pipes, the water tank, and switch quoted $6000. I told them not interested. I was able to find a plumber who did all the work for $600, I paid $800 for a pump and water tank.
