It was good. They showed up when they said they were going to, and I didn't have any issues. It definitely made a difference.

One time they mistakenly sprayed next door instead of us (we both use this service).  But they quickly returned to do our yard.
We appreciate getting e-mail notice of the day they will spray so we can be sure our dogs are inside.  Would be nice to know if morning or afternoon.

They did an excellent job. I never had any problems with them and even extended my service contract.

The service was fine, although it was sometimes difficult to get in touch with them.  I need to know the day/time they're coming so that I can crate our dogs and they didn't always get back with me about the schedule.

They were and continue to be great.  Scheduling was easy.  Their professionalism was excellent.  I even extended the service.

They were OK, but having used another company prior, by comparison there were things that were lacking.  First they don't really let you know when they are coming.  We had our first treatment and then 7 days later they were at my door to do treatment number two, not realizing they had just been there.  I was glad we were home so I could let them know that they were about 2-3 weeks too early.  Also, even after they sprayed we were getting bitten.  There was certainly a huge decrease in bugs but again, different than our prior experience with the other company where after they sprayed there was nothing. 
They seem nice enough but just seem like a small company that is somewhat unorganized.  When I called it was always one guy who answered and it just seemed like he was doing everything.  Overall, they were OK but not a company I would race to do business with again.

I just used them last year. They're just beginning a new season. I paid them basically quarterly for $65 a month. They're very professional. They always leave a receipt letting me know when they would come out and the individual who was out to do the spraying. I have an agreement that they would charge my account each quarter. They're very responsive. They say if I'm having a party to go ahead and call them. They would come out and do another spraying even though it's not in the time that I scheduled each month. They're very friendly. Their prices are pretty reasonable.

First time did not alert me to when they were coming.  Watched them spray and they didn't follow instructions I gave when I spoke to owner (?).  Very skimpy use of spray.
Second time a little better with coverage as I was there.
Third time I was out of town, so I have no idea.
Mosquitoes were not eliminated.  Perhaps there were/are fewer.
I had this service done before when my yard was over half an acre. Provider took a long time and sprayed everything completely. Had rainy weather and a wedding in my yard.  No mosquitoes.   This group tended to whoosh the spray toward a bush without angling to get all sides.  First time I spent five minutes in the yard, I was bitten.

We purchased the Angie's deal which included spraying our yard 3 times at 21 day intervals.  We did not have to be at home for the service, which was a benefit not having to wait for service on the scheduled days.  They sent us an email a few days before the scheduled spraying, which was a good way to remind us of their visit.  The spray works contrary to my original opinion that to be effective my neighbors needed to spray also.  However, the effect of the sprayings did not last the full 21 days.  We started getting bites in the yard each time a few days to a week before the next spraying.  This is the only reason I gave them a B rather than an A. 
Since it was so close to the next spraying, we did not call them back for a repeat spraying.

We bought an Angie's List Deal for 3 mosquito lawn treatments. My husband was skeptical, but after the first treatment, no more mosquitos! The first treatment lasted about 21 days. I was impressed since we've had so much rain. I would definitely recommend them.

I purchased a Big Deal from Angie's List for this service. I have had two visits from the company so far. I was very skeptical that it would work at first. I have a very small yard in downtown Raleigh that is surrounded by woods and the neighbors yards are very close. However the service worked exceptionally well and the mosquitoes literally disappeared. The only thing I would say could use improvement is how the service is scheduled. On the first visit, I received a voice mail at home saying someone would call to schedule my visit. However the crew just showed up one day and I happened to be home, so I was able to ask questions and understand the process before they started spraying. I had several questions about my pets' safety and my garden vegetables and so forth. If I hadn't been home, I never would have known how the process worked. On the second visit, again, the crew just showed up one day and I happened to be home. I didn't receive any notice that they were coming. I quickly brought my pets inside. They sprayed, left a note saying they'd sprayed, and then left. I'd like to know before the yard will be sprayed because I have a screened porch that my pets are allowed out onto during the day, even when I'm not home. Pets should not be outside when the yard is being sprayed, so I definitely prefer a phone call before hand so I can keep them locked inside. I'd also like some time to move any potted herbs around or cover them. The spray is put directly on all your outside plants. On the second visit, one worker actually sprayed my all herbs. I was watching out the window and thought "Oh no" but it was too late. I'm sure he didn't realize they were edible so its ok, but I'd want to be better prepared next time. Overall the service is definitely worth it. I can't image going through another summer without it. My yard was just completely unusable because the mosquitoes were so bad. But for the last two months its been wonderful! I haven't spoken to the company about better scheduling since we won't receive anymore treatments till next year. But they were very nice when I met them and I'm sure they'll try to accommodate me in the future.
