Hello, we are Carlos and Perla, owner operators of Maid Perfect Housekeeping—serving the Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Chapel Hill, Wake Forest and Triangle area. We know there’s nothing like coming home to a clean and tidy house or apartment. But let’s face it, many of you have busy schedules that don’t leave a whole lot of time for cleaning chores. And frankly, we know some of you would rather do other things with your free time. The challenge, of course, is finding reliable housekeeping help that will do the job the way you want it. Well, we have great news. When we decided to open Maid Perfect Housekeeping two years ago, we made a promise to both ourselves and our clients: "Your home cleaned just the way you like it, at a price no one else can beat." But when Saturday came around, my husband and I were too far behind on our packing to have them come. I called them a couple of hours before their schedule arrival to see if they could come on Sunday instead (because we were way behind on our packing), and they agreed, Sunday! If that isn't amazing customer service I don't know what is. (I hope they don't end up with too many weekend jobs because I'm writing this!!)
They showed up on time and when they left our house a few hours later, it was literally spotless. We didn't have the house completely packed into the truck when they showed up, so they actually worked around us, first on the rooms that were ready to be cleaned, then on the others as we got the furniture into the truck. Carlos actually helped my husband carry a few of the heavier items and organize some of the furniture and boxes in the truck. Also, they have a great attitude--they were professional, responsive and courteous. Carlos has a great sense of humor and Perla was very kind. They kept telling us, "you are the customer and we will do anything to help you," and they really meant it.
If you ask Maid Perfect Housekeeping to clean your home, I'm sure you will be as pleased as we were. We moved out of the Raleigh area but still own a rental there and will use them to clean in between tenants if necessary.

The only reason I'm rating them a 'B' is because 1) the corner of my tubs (which hadn't been cleaned in a about three weeks - eek) still had a little ring, and 2) my tile kitchen floor was not mopped well. I believe they probably used a Swifter like device on the tile and only a mop can truly clean tile. However, they did offer to come back and correct anything I was not pleased with. They were actually pretty adamant about that assuring me they prefer me happy over the money! Unfortunately, I had guests coming that night and decided to do it myself so I wasn't worried if it was done in time.
I will use them again and just tell them to be more diligent in these areas.
