+ -1 moreWe have contract with this company for a certain length of time if you break the contract then there is a penalty. We will keep using them until the contract runs out. We were told it will be ten days before anyone can come and look at the computer and fix the problem.
Description of Work: We got this system for the TV and computer. I originally bought the slowest speed for the computer not realizing how slow it would be. So I requested an upgrade. After spending many hours and two days on the phone I still did not see any change in the speed. I called them back and they confirmed that yes there was a problem and try this. Well now the computer doesn t work. They gave us a dial up number to use until they can get here. It only works part of the time.
