This company was the selling agent for a house I was going to buy. An offer was made by me and a counter offer was made by the seller. I accepted the sellers terms and submitted the paperwork. What happend from this point is a not clear. I never recieved any corespondence from the listing agent after the paperes were given. My agent made several attempts to reach out to her with no result. Im very dissapointed in the performance of this company and would warn anyone against using them. This cost me a house I really liked and possibly cost the sellers money i would have been willing to spend. All I expect is reasonable communication in a situation such as this. sadly i did not recieve it. In my opinion....FAIL!

They charge 6% commission. The girl is fairly new. Her supervisor said to contact him if I had any problems. In the past she wasn't getting back to me with feedback. I've used her for 5 months. They were supposed to get back to me within 24 hours after a showing and sometimes I had to call her to get the feedback. There were communication problems. It hasn't been a good experience so far. I think they could afford to take a little bit off the top with the market like it is. I am going to take it off their hands in a couple of weeks.

She's excellent.  She has good punctuality, pleasantness, ability to get along with other people, her good looks.  She has a willingness to really work hard for you.  She'll steer you away from what's not good and point you in the right direction.  All of that.
