Fresh Air

The technician arrived at my house on-time. He did asked us some questions and did a walk-through of the house to see where everything was. The cleaning didn't quite take an hour. The final price ended being a bit more because I have more than 1 return and more than 1 main in my house. However, it was totally worth the extra cost. My home is 18 years old and I'm pretty confident that neither of the previous owners had an air-duct cleaning. Immediately after the technician left, my house smelled different, so much cleaner than it did previously. Musty smells and pet smells in rooms disappeared and some rooms were colder than they were previously as if the air conditioning was blowing better. I will absolutely use Fresh Air again and I would highly recommend their service.

I purchased a deal with Fresh Air through Amazon Local. While I have no problem with the quality of service performed, upon showing up the professional told me that since my tiny 2 bedroom condo had two mains, his services that day would be an extra $75. I had waited a month for this service call, and I understood then that this extra $75 was the and quot;do you want this to be done todayand quot; tax. I have asthma, and I needed the work to be done, so I paid. This was a unprofessional, cheap business practice to recoup costs.
