Went well, vehicle is running very well with no problems. Believe to be overpriced, but they do really good work for us for over 10 years

Going out of town and needed the oil changed (a bit late).  Worked me in and were very cordial and the work was done quickly.

The dealer wanted to replace the whole gas tank for $3,000. This was my first visit to them and I have since been going to them. Especially if you have a foreign car, I would highly recommend at least getting a quote form them.

My AC wasn't working so well, it wasn't cold enough.
First Class is a classy act, they are very nice and getting an appt is easy and quick.
They ran diagnostics on the AC, gave it a tune up and added some juice.  Works great now !
I REALLY like going to First Class because
 - it doesn't cost as much as going to the BMW dealer
 - I'm not tempted to buy another car while I'm there because its just repairs
 - it's smaller than the dealership
 - I feel more valued as a customer than other places

The repair was completed on schedule and at the price quoted.
The technicians at 1st Class Automotive have completed several repairs for
me over the years.  I have never had to take the car back because the
repair failed or was incomplete.  They earn their money.

First Class Automotive lives up to its name.  I've been going there for my 2006 BMW 3-series ever since the manufacturer's warranty (which included free routine maintenance) expired.

They're honest, quick, competent, and clean:

• Honest
  • I had one occasion where the check engine light was coming on.  They checked it out and reset the codes, but found nothing that needed to be serviced.  A week or so later, the light came on again.  They reinvestigated and found a service bulletin from BMW that described a set of conditions where the light would come on and the needed repair.  It was probably around a $100 repair, but they did not charge me for it because they didn't catch it the first time.  They volunteered this -- I did not have to press them on it.
  • I recently had a repair for a broken power window regulator.  The estimate to fix was around $400 -- consistent with what I found by searching the web.  The final bill came in under the estimate at $320.  I've never been to another repair shop where they beat their estimate and returned the savings to the customer.  Again, they did this on their own.
• Quick
  • I often get in same day or next day.  If its something simple or urgent, they really look for a way to get you in the door at their first opportunity.
  • They provide shuttle service to nearby areas, which has been a lifesaver for me.
• Competent
  • I've never had a problem with their work.  They're always willing to explain what will be done and the reasons they recommend service.
• Clean
  • My car is always returned as clean or cleaner than when I left it.  The waiting area and work area are always clean as well.

I believe First Class normally does work on the higher-end import makes of automobile (BMW, Volvo, Mercedes, etc.), though they may do work on other makes as well (I have never asked them about this).  I have told myself many times, "whatever make of automobile I buy next, I want to make sure it is one that First Class normally services."  

That's because it is so hard to find a good auto shop -- I'll let the fact that I found one influence my next car buying decision so that I know I can continue taking my car there!

.They do everything that the dealership does. They can give you a rental or a shuttle. Blake has been going there since he was sixteen years old.

They are a little expensive but they did everything that they promised they would do. They were able to schedule us in pretty quickly and they finished the work in a timely manner. I would recommend their services to anyone.

I take my car in to this service center because they are very cautious before they do anything, they always ask me before they do anything at all. I really like this because later on we don t have any problems of any kind. I'd rather not disclose the price but it was pretty good.
