Furniture - Sales
Initial contact was fine. Follow up and delivery was a nightmare. The 6 chairs on the floor weren't delivered for 3 to 4 weeks, when we offered to pick them up we were treated like we were the "Beverly Hillbillies" wanting to pull up in the truck. We were talked down to and the sales person was extremely rude. The ordered chairs came in at 8 weeks but it took another 4 for them to be delivered. No calls to keep us informed, no dates when we asked when we would get them; we have used EA in other states with no issues. The store on Glenwood Ave is a place we will not shop again.

It's been great. They put together a good plan and have already designed one room for us. The designer was very professional and absolutely seemed to know what she was doing.
