Mr. Eddie Wright is a true professional! Extremely knowledgeable and experienced with appliances! He explained everything he needed to do and proceeded to repair my refrigerator! I will definitely call him whenever I need another appliance repair. I highly recommend Mr. Wright!

I decided back in January 2021 that I would not write a review. I sensed that he was cutting a lot of corners and overcharging, but he was already here. I was dissatisfied with the quality of the work, but the job was done. The dryer job was minor. He was replacing the plug from a three-outlet to four and installing a new vent kit. What could go wrong?!! He initially took my working cord with him and replaced it but did not give me the option to keep my working plug until after I asked him about it, and he had to come back the following day to bring me back my plug. Even then, a few days later, the dryer kit vent came off, and he came back to redo it. Several months later (today, 10/23/2021), I noticed the dryer vent had come apart again because he did not properly assemble the dryer vent. He used duck tape and not foil tape. When I reached out to him about the tape not holding up, he offered to come back and charge me an additional fee to fix something that he did not assemble the first time correctly. The dryer services were a rip-off - the work I paid for is not holding up. I have never in my life had this issue with a dryer install. I have lived in homes for 5+ years with the same dryer kit, which has never been disassembled on its own.
