Mr. Wright advised me that my cost for diagnosis would be $85. After he diagnosed the issue, he told me that my cost was $113 because I had to pay his $28 Home Advisor fees.

Very knowledgeable and thorough with all questions asked.

It should be policy for initial quote to include his charge for angi listing. I was rather surprised when it was explained after the install and the amount changed.

Eddie was very prompt to respond to a request for quote. He professional and friendly. He did an excellent job installing my new gas range (replacing a LP one). And easily took care of a few issues (cook too wasnâ t quite the same size, gas line wasnâ t quite long enough, etc) Eddie dealt with all of these without batting an eye.

Owner responded to request and showed up quickly. He determined the cause and what part was needed without much difficulty. He even defrosted coils to get fridge working while he obtained the part. Called me back the same day since he was able to get the part immediately and asked if he could return and install it. He also informed me of the part's cost and asked if I was ok with that, which I appreciated since it was several hundred dollars. The repair was finished in a short time, and he hooked the water line back up as well. Prompt, helpful, and polite service- well worth contacting again if I need something else done

Mr. Wright came out the same day. He was professional, quick service & he was able to fix my refrigerator door within minutes. Overall experience was excellent! He definitely has a new customer.
