Mr. Wright was prompt. He examined our fridge, ran tests then, told us what the problem was, and shared the options for repair or replacement for our refrigerator. When he was done, he left for another service call. Initially, our refrigerator was a candidate for the *old appliances home* but to my pleasant surprise, an hour later, the unit was working and has been since that day. If there is a (next time* or WHEN... We will call E. Wright Appliance Repair!
