Rob remodeled my upstairs bathroom. The faucet was not put in correctly for the tub fixture and the first time it was used water leaked through out the ceiling down stairs. He had to tear out the wet dry wall and re due the entire ceiling downstairs. He was also working on a porch and deck expansion with a Jacuzzi. The entire job took 6 months, way too long. The lattice work was stapled not screwed in so it does not fit properly. He was supposed to put in a water extension from under the deck which I paid for and he did not complete. He threatened me and told me to pay up or else, even though the work was not completed. I contacted the BBB and he never responded to their calls. The invoices I received were not itemized. each time I asked for them to be itemized he kept charging me more money. I spent a lot of money for an incomplete job. Extremely frustrating. I have several friends that have used him as well and he has overcharged them None of them use him any more. His partner was extremely rude and abusive to my teenagers who where in the house after school. She would start work around 10 and leave at 3 most of the time, except when my son had pneumonia then they started at 8:00am. Just very unprofessional.
