At Carolina In Home Flooring, our vision is to be a preferred residential flooring sales and installation company where quality is embedded in all we do. From sales to installation, we intend to professionally sell and install the right products at reasonable prices and commit to exceptional customer service standards. To that end, our mission is to ensure a simplified, value-added in-home buying experience, utilizing knowledgeable, committed and hard-working sales consultants whose purpose is to meet our customers’ needs through proper alignment of fairly-priced, appropriate flooring products. We will support this buying experience with responsive sales support staff and a dedicated team of professional installers who pride themselves in the quality of their work, one job at a time. In every interaction, we will strive to uphold our values to be personable, prompt, thorough, honest and respectful as we compete with integrity for new business, and we hope in doing so that we earn our customers’ trust for future work through repeat business and new customer referral opportunities. We are locally owned and operated with 27 years of experience, and look forward to working with you!

When it came time for install, the installer was a little late due to equipment trouble (cold weather), but finally arrived thirty minutes after the two hour window and did a very good quality job on the installation. What was estimated for a two and a half hour job took about four, and a few times for status I received phone calls initially in Spanish (one was a wrong number) from the contractor - which I do not speak -- though I was able to get them to put the other contractor on who spoke English. I'm not sure if they were regular employees or hired subs as they also had to come back by to get the signature form signed. They were very polite and easy to work with.
All being said, the work was fine though and the cost was way better than expected. I would use them again.

The work was scheduled and completed within two weeks of the original quote. The two flooring teams showed up on time and went about their work without delay. Furniture was moved as needed and none was damaged. Very pleased with the work of the installers, as the floors look great.
No complaints at all and I highly recommend the company. The pricing was fair and the scheduling process was a breeze. Most import of course, is that we are very pleased with the final product.

Handled furnliture carefully and were diligent. Installers were friendly and helped where needed.
Carpet was installed and inspected by homeowner (me) prior to signing off on documentation.
Consultant was very helpful from the outset and helped me get thru the delays caused by weather and followed up after installation to ascertain homeowners satisfaction. Miss Martha was always available if needed.
