Caravan Rugs Cleaning

I was a bit nervous about having the cushions cleaned since they are filled with down but the result was great.  The sofa was only slightly damp after all the cleaning was completed and dried very quickly.

They did an excellent job both times. They responded in a reasonable time, came when they said they would, and delivered on time, if not earlier. The rugs were well cleaned, and deodorized. They are a little pricey, but if you only need it done every three years, it's not bad. I would rather pay for a professional job.

Caravan Rugs told me when it would be ready and the costs which both were exact. The quality of work was good. 

I was a little bit hesitant to use this provider given the negative reviews, but the other carpet cleaner didn't cut and bind rugs so I thought I would try Caravan Rugs.   They were timely and professional, and the rug came out beautifully.  It was expensive, but in my humble opinion no more expensive than the other service I used.  I just think that carpet cleaning is  expensive.  I would definitely not hesitate to use them again

We called Caravan Rugs to clean our oriental rugs. They picked them up, took them to clean and brought them back when finished. They do a very good job, very responsive and easy to work with. I know when they bring them back they look great.

Very happy with outcome of carpet cleaning.  But we did have to hit some specific spots by hand after the carpet cleaning and did make further improvement on the spots.

I called and got an estimate -- which turned out to be spot-on -- and was told to bring in the rug anytime.  They said the rug would be ready in a week, but they turned it around in five days.  Although not cheap (the total was almost half the original price of the rug), the rug looks like new.  The sides where the puppies chewed have been completely repaired.  In fact, they said that even though there were only small spots of fraying, they completely undid and reworked the entirety of each side so it looked uniform.  Definitely no cutting corners.  As for the cleaning, the colors are again fresh and vibrant, just like when I bought it.  The pricing may be steep if you purchased a rug off the rack in a home goods store, but if you have a quality rug that you invested some money into, definitely take it to Caravan for any cleaning or repair.

It went perfectly. I have a dog who often has accidents in the house,usually on carpet. Simply put, IDExtract arrived and cleaned all the spots away completely!

We have worked with Caravan Rugs for many years and find the service excellent.  He does a great job and is prompt and professional.  This year his prices went up significantly and he was going to charge us two to three times the value of one of the rugs he was asked to clean.  It seems to me, that it would have been appropriate to let me know in advance a.) that prices were going to be significantly higher than years past b.)  the charge for a polyester rug was going to more than surpass the cost of the rug.  As a long term good customer, I expected more.  We have found another person to clean our high end and low end rugs.

Not sure I should have spent that much on an old rug, but I did.  Other than the cost I am happy with the result.

I was given a quote over the phone and the actual cost was a bit less. We took it in and it was ready in just a few days.

I called first to get an estimate of the cost ahead of time, no problem getting that. I called a few days later to schedule a pickup, they came out the next day within 10 minutes of the time promised which was nice. They called six days later to schedule the delivery of my cleaned rugs, then came out the next day exactly when they said they would. All interactions and service were completed promptly and with courteous professionalism.

I called on a Friday expecting only to be able to make an appointment for an estimate, but the co. owner picked up the rug from my home that evening! He gave me an estimate over the phone of what it would cost. The rug was ready by the following Tuesday and was delivered back to my home on Wednesday. Did a great job on the cleaning and was very professional. I ended up paying less than the quoted price for the cleaning because I'd estimated the rug was larger than it is.

Very easy experience and quite pleased with the cleaned carpet.

This company did a fantastic job on cleaning and deodorizing the carpet for me. It was a brand new carpet that had a pet stain on it. They were able to remove the stain and the odor. They picked up the carpet and delivered it back to the house at the promised time. There was a forty dollar delivery charge because I do not live in Raleigh and another eighty dollar charge for the deodorizing, both of which are listed in the cost. They do quality work and sent me a bottle of stain remover in the mail as a courtesy.
