"We receive a bad part from the manufacturer, which is rare but can happen. We re-ordered the part. It's true I didn't answer the phone because this lady's husband was constantly calling; I talking everyday. How many times do I have to tell someone I have no control over when parts will arrive. I'm sorry we had a bad part. I'm sorry the replacement was a factory order, but these are things beyond my control and constantly harassing me will not solve the problem. The next thing I know I'm getting a letter from the Attorney General. Look I'll gladly give this lady her money back and she can deal with someone else. Call me."
"I am very happy we got a good review from this nice lady but I'm afraid she may have made an error. We don't sell appliance nor are we in Pennsylvania. But the previous "C" I received was from another lady who we were installing a fridge door for as a result of moving damage was in error as well. The door was installed properly but wasn't to her satisfaction for some reason and we had to pull the door off and we never got paid by the moving company. And to top it off she left ME (actually us) a bad review when we had nothing whatsoever to do with the door apart from installing it which again, she agreed was done properly. Sometimes you just can't win, but it all evens out I guess."
