Perfectly well handled.

I use Bayleaf for everything. My groomer actually works on site at that vet, so it's really good if she comes across something. My dog has an anal gland issue, so he could immediately get one of the vets to look at something. The groomers see stuff and notice stuff.

Been using Bayleaf since 2013. We are always given professional, compassionate care of our 3 dogs. They were especially kind and caring when we had to put our 13 year old lab down.

Jake has been seen by all the Vets and the rest of the team at Bayleaf. He was never scared because he knew they were all excellent and treated him well. I would like to thank Dr Sullivan and the staff today for being kind one last time. Richard

Their charges are competitive. I buy additional things whenever I go, so it brings the bill up. They are very professional, and very gentle with the animals. The experience was very positive.

Bayleaf Veterinary was great. I called several veterinarians that were highly rated on Angie's list and their prices were better than all the others. They were very professional, courteous, helpful, etc. They even gave us a cat carrier to bring our cat home because we didn't have one prior to our visit. When I accidentally left some of my paperwork they called me and mailed it to me immediately. I plan to bring all my pets back there.

The way they did it was great. They actually came to my house to do it and it was good. I have gone to them for quite a few years and they are good. The are very compassionate and I have been able to get in when I need to. They are very convenient and nearby.

I wanted to write that I have used Bayleaf Veterinary Hospital for over 25 years. They have cared for 3 dogs, two of which are deceased, and a cat.. They have provided me with dedicated, professional service, and helped us through the loss of two dogs.
Over the years I have recommended them to many people, who were not quite happy with their own vet.
I now have a rescue dog, Colby, with allergies, and I couldn't be happier with their care for him. They have always been very responsive to any need we have had. Even when I was on vacation, they called me and talked to me about treatment of my animal.
I have used their kennels, their surgical and aftercare facilities, their help with aging dogs and their pain treatment.
I believe they are totally dedicated to animal care and are dedicated to dog owners understanding of their diagnosis and suggested treatment options.

I had my significant other take our dog to the appointment. Shakira is a great dog, but weary around people she does not know. She is 8 years old, and I have had her for almost two years. She was abused by her previous owners, and even though she is trustworthy and loyal to me, I knew it might pose a problem with her being out of her element as well as without me being present. Bayleaf handled my baby professionally and took the time to speak with me personally on the phone. Dr. Hennsey prescribed her the correct medication. Bayleaf was about to close for the evening, but they still took the time to talk to me personally via telephone. After seeing several vet's in the area, I felt that Bayleaf is the place where I will be taking Shakira henceforth. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am so pleased with this vet. I left the vet I had been using for 20+ years because they were non-responsive and had become VERY expensive. Bayleaf was recommended and I am so pleased. Their location is not very convenient for me, but well worth the drive.
Everyone is really pleasant, from reception to techs and the doctors. They will spend as much time with you as is needed, explaining the situation and answering any questions. And, of equal importance, their costs are reasonable and fair. Highly recommended.

They do a super job. Prior to doing the surgery, they called me to inform me of the hernia, which had been undiagnosed up until that time. We use their services fairly often, as we have 2 dogs and a cat. The one time I was concerned about my pet and didn't want to wait for an appointment, they told me to come right over and squeezed me in. My only caution is that they are too thorough and run a complete battery of tests every year (and, of course, charge you for them). If budget is a concern, at all, make sure to ask the doctor and/or tech what tests will be performed and what the fee is, prior to letting them take your pet for weighing. There have been times when they have performed tests and I had no idea that they were being done.

It was super great! Being first time puppy owners, we felt well informed during the whole visit. The vet listened to our concerns and price range for different options. Love them as our vet!

Making the appointment was easy and quick. No long delays to get in to see a Vet. Once at the office, the front staff was friendly but not excited that we were a new patient. We were just one of their many clients, I guess. We went to the examination room and waited a brief amount of time prior to seeing the doctor. She was prompt and did a quick overview of what we were in for. I would not go so far to say she was extremely thorough, but she seemed to do exactly what we needed. I asked a few questions and she was unsure of the answer but said we could go to a specialist to evaluate the problem. Her concern was not great, and I decided to not go to a specialist. Once again, the visit was quick and I would categorize it as semi-thorough. Not as thorough as some of the other Vets we have been to.

You can make appointments online and this is very convenient. They also have a kennel and we've used this service before. The staff is very helpful and the prices are reasonable.
