Initially put on wrong color shingles. I have a dark roof and light grey shingles were applied. I called the manager and he went out to my house and agreed the wrong color shingles were applied. I knew that an exact color was not going to be an exact match because my house in 14 years old.

Baker roofing was quick to fix the problem and I would highly recommend this company.

Getting the estimate was a little difficult but once we connected with the estimator he was quite knowledgeable, before making a final choice on the shingle we were provided with a list of customers and addresses so we could see what the shingle actually looked like on a roof which was quite helpful. I liked the fact that the roofers hand nailed rather than using pneumatic air guns. The work was completed on schedule and as quoted. If you're looking for the lowest price job you won't get it from Baker Roofing but you will get a quality job with a good product completed in a professional manner.

Baker Roofing was extremely professional throughout the job, from bidding to showing up when scheduled, to completing the job ahead of schedule, to handling communications and follow-up. They bid the best price and applied an Angie's List discount and senior discount in addition. Further, their warranty was double that of its nearest competitor. The entire experience was the best I have had with a roofing company. On top of this, I've experienced no leaks and the roof looks great.

Very good experience and haven't had any problems even with all the heavy rains we have had in NC over the past 3 months.

We have hired Baker Roofing on two previous occasions. In 2012 they put a new roof on our screened-in porch and in May 2013 they patched some places on our main roof and were efficient, professional, courteous. They do quality work and we have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to recommend them in the future. They have set a date of 7-25-2013 to put a new roof on our main structure.

Responsive, professional and thorough service.  I had two roofers come assess the cause of the leak in my garage ceiling.  The differences in the responses and quotes were like night and day.  Ronnie from Baker Roofing was very thorough in inspecting the roof and showing me photos of the problem areas.  He sent a detailed quote via email along with copies of the photos as promised.  Decision to go with Baker was a no-brainer!  Repairs were to be scheduled in 2 - 3 weeks but were expedited after I notified Ronnie that the leak had worsened after inspection caused the rotted section of roof decking to sag. (He warned me this might happen.)  Repairs were completed in one day as promised. Worker was courteous and communicative and cleaned up all debris.  So far so good with the leak, and I am pleased to know that Baker stands by their work with a 2 year guarantee on the repair.

Provider  was not selected to complete the job,but, not for any reasons other than selecting a local company where this provider was 45 miles away.

Our only issue was the weather.  We had spoken with Baker Roofing early in June and set up appointments but
the rain delayed them actually able to do the work.  Our roof looks wonderful and everyone was so professional.

From the salesman's presentation to the final cleanup these guys were very professional.  The initial presentation was complete and covered all details of the installation.   The salesman did a walk around inspection and got on the roof for measurements.  The install crew arrived at 7:30am on the scheduled day and got right to work.  They put up blue tarps as slides from the roof to keep the old shingles from damaging the landscape. We were forewarned of the vibration and the debris that would fall in the attic so were able to cover everything with drop cloths.  The crew worked over 12 hours the first day and were finished by early after noon of the second day.  From the ridge vents to the drip edging and soffit vents everything is perfect.   I highly recommend Baker Roofing  for any roofing job from complete installation to repair.

The quote process was quick and reasonable.  The service man was very professional and explained everything.  I do not live in the area anymore.  I have a renter.  I was provided with photos of before and after.  I was pleased and so was my tenant.

I met with 3 roofers for estimates.  Of the 3, this one clearly stood out as the most professional.  They had been around for years and were certified by the companies of the two shingle manufacturers that I was considering.  Their proposal was handled professionally with all details clarified and a contract was signed.  I wanted to wait about 3 months to do the installation and there was no problem with that.  We scheduled the work and it started on schedule.  I had the logistical issue of letting dogs out to the backyard at a safe time and they were helpful in coordinating that and pausing until the dogs were back inside.  The workers were always courteous and the supervisor made sure and checked in with me daily, plus he was here at least twice a day on site making sure everything was done as it should be done.  I could not have been more pleased with their service.

We are beyond pleased with the finished product.  Professional in every aspect.  The cabin looks great and appears to be much tighter.  The old siding provided many cracks for wasps to enter and nest and the carpenter bees drilled into it constantly.  Now, there is nowhere for the bees to drill into or gaps where they can sneak behind the siding.  The trim work is unbelievable... all cuts and brakes in the matching aluminum trim are precise and tightly fitted.  As you can see in the before & after photos, each side of the home is trapezoidal in shape which made for a lot of cutting.  In addition, two sides of the home are filled with many windows and doors.  We have yet to find any flaws that need to be repaired or touched up.  Baker's Project Manager, Matt Smith, was on the job numerous times and made sure to stop by and make sure we were pleased when the job was completed.  The crew cleaned up everything behind themselves and left our place as clean as the found it.  If you cannot tell by now, we could not be happier with our new siding.  The finish of the ColorPlus products is warranted for 20 years; the siding will be here and look good for a long time!  This is the best improvement we could have made and it has increased the value of our home.

They completed the work in a day and a half. I was very pleased with his work. They were very quick and thorough with their work. They were very tidy the whole way through.

The team showed up on time and finished on time.  They took great care to protect the plantings and lawn around the house.  The project mgr was excellent at keeping us informed of their progress.

From the initial estimate to the completion of the job, professionalism was present at all times from the personnel involved to the documentation provided explaining the project.  The yard was kept clean around the house during the whole process and no damage whatsoever.  No nails were found on the ground after completion, and it all debris was removed.  The work was done in 1 day, which included about 21 squares.  Very impressed with the professionalism and proficiency of Baker Roofing.  I will definitely use them again on two rental houses we own in the same vicinity.

Baker Roofing did an excellent job in determining what needed to be done to correct this leakage problem.  They inspected the entire situation before determining what need to be done.  They made suggestions to prevent any further water damage in the future.  The entire project was scheduled to be completed in one day.  They met our expectations and they did it very professionally.

They use documented workers. A project manager was assigned to me and he was excellent. There is a 5-year guarantee on the installation that also transfers if I were to sell the house within the five years. They were very clean. They cared about where things were being thrown. Every night, they went around and cleaned up. They had a magnet for nails. I did not have any difficulty whatsoever with problems after the roof was put on so I even if they are more expensive, I would rather pay and have peace of mind than to have to deal with things that are popping up over the next years. I have recommended them to other people.
