So quick and easy. Everyone was courteous and professional. We made the appointment, dropped off the van at the appointment day and time, and picked it up a couple hours later - all done! No problems or issues. Job well done. We would use this business again without hesitation.

I went online earlier in the week to schedule an appt. to have my windshield replaced due to large crack in it. I called to verify the appt day and time and the lady was real nice I spoke to. She indicated if I printed the coupon from the website I could also get 10.00 off the cost of the replacement. I was in and out within 30 to 40 minutes. I appreciate the quick service and professionalism that I received.

I wouldn't use this company simply for the reason of the receptionist rudeness. Called to find a quote and ask about warranty info, receptionist just rifled off questions to get info from me. didn't take a break, read from list. I felt like I was in military being questioned like I had to answer to someone. When I asked about how long warrenty was, I didn't care for just a 1 year warrenty, since I already got quote from another company which I felt was better for me and was for as long as I owned my vehicle. I just said, OK, thanks, nevermind, bye and hung up. I got a call back from this very rude and very un-professional girl yelling at me that I was rude and hung up on her. I figured she didn't understand that I was indeed the customer and basically helped with her bread and butter should I have decided to allow this company my business. I don't know what kind of work they do, but when this is your first impression of a company, it leaves a bad taste. As an Angies list client, I thought it would be helpful for others to know this before making this call.

Glass Masters came out to my house and replaced the windshield on my '93 Gran Prix. I called three auto glass and Glass Masters gave me the best quote and they could do it the next day.

Glass Masters arrived on time and installed the new window in about 30 mins. I required tempered glass and have a rain sensor that they needed to accommodate but that was no problem. They instructed me to wait 2 hours before driving the car and overall glass care.

Walked in around lunchtime on Friday and made an appointment for 3:30 PM same day. They said it would only take about 45 minutes. I went back at 4:30 and didn't leave until 5:00. Next day after I took the tape off, I noticed the windshield was installed a little too high or crooked and wasn't flush with the roof. In fact, the molding on the roof had a gap on the windshield side where I can slip a couple of quarters in. The plastic trim pieces that runs along the roof from the windshield all the way back to the trunk was re-installed in such a way that I couldn't open the trunk. They probably didn't see the clear plastic clip that holds paper behind the windshield - and it was damaged. I went back on Monday and dropped it off. They reinstalled the windshield but rails still needed adjustment and plastic clip was removed. The manager (?) tried to convince me the rails were okay when it wasn't and finally the other guy drove it back in and fixed it.

Replaced my windshield, in only half an hour. Good service.

The man who came to our home to measure was polite. The man who came to our home to install the windows was also polite. The company worked with my schedule to do the work. The work took less time than estimated.

I AM COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THEM AND THEIR WORK. THEY STAYED WITHIN THE ESTIMATED PRICE. THEY ALSO HAD MY CAR DONE IN THE TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE IT DONE.
